Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England@ThreeUKSupport Thanks - that issue has cleared up but I still have a lot problems where calls drop even when I’m not moving - doesn’t happen all the time and never happened on my old provider on and phone (only been with you a few months)

Gary Denness (@garydenness) reported from Bournemouth, England@ThreeUK hi guys. I received a text today telling me that the Spend Cap will no longer apply to any purchases made with your Three Pay service. This, you tell me, is to give me control over how much I spend. That’s a porky pie isn’t it? This new policy means I have less control.
-
David Graham (@DavidAGraham) reported from Bournemouth, EnglandI will never understand about Sales... SMARTY is a MVNO owned by Three Mobile - I was already on @ThreeUK. Three looses a customer, SMARTY gains one. The @SMARTYMobileUK sales guy still gets their bonus this year yet the group business is down £60/year. Thanks @claudelittner
-
Joe (@ssorhpesoj) reported from Corfe Mullen, EnglandCalling @ThreeUK and I'm pretty sure it's not hold I can hear.. I can hear people mumbling and laughing in the background... this is absolutely poor from Three.
-
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, EnglandI’m sorry @O2 but this is the end of our friendship - years of loyalty has bought be nothing. The service has got worse, not better and for the cost it’s not worth it - I’m off to see if @ThreeUK is a magic number maybe they can give me what I need - fair well and goodbye
-
Elaine 💙 (@Ela44) reported from Corfe Mullen, England@Kiai_Kas @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Hi Karen yesterday down here in Dorset I couldn't make or receive calls when I tried to ring out it said number not recognised and dropped. 3 came back to me on here to say engineers working in several places trying to fix it. Signal today is very low and phone is intermittent

-
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England@ThreeUK why is your network so rubbish - months now I’ve been suffering bad signal everywhere. I’ve even had my iPhone replaced to try and resolve things and all you say is “doing works to improve” in the area every time without prior warning and they never improve
-
Nicola Syms (@NicolaSyms) reported from Christchurch, England@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I’m not a 3 customer but received texts recently threatening to disconnect my phone as bill couldn’t be paid. -
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England@ThreeUKSupport It’s like I’m doomed not to get help. I’m really sorry but who do I have to talk to to get a qualified engineer on the phone not someone following a script - he’s taking forever and not getting anywhere because my answers don’t fit his script he doesn’t know how to help me
-
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England@ThreeUKSupport Have now demand he either finds me a more senior colleague or a manager as the answer after a five minute hold to “investigate” was “we know there’s a network problem” which is the same tired excuse I always hear from THREE
-
