@ThreeUKSupport Have now demand he either finds me a more senior colleague or a manager as the answer after a five minute hold to “investigate” was “we know there’s a network problem” which is the same tired excuse I always hear from THREE

Stephen Edwards (@Stephen61934614) reported from Christchurch, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I’m not a 3 customer but received texts recently threatening to disconnect my phone as bill couldn’t be paid. I know it’s a scam but some customers may not. Do you investigate these please & if so how do I report them? (If not I’ll just block/delete) Thanks!

Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England

@ThreeUK I know you hate me and never can be bothered to provide me with phone service and I do apologise for actually using a healthy wedge of my unlimited data today - please take up grievance with @VodafoneUK whose broadband has been dead all day even after phoning for help!

  • TheWiredBean
Lee Hawkes (@TheWiredBean) reported from Lyndhurst, England

@ThreeUKSupport It’s correct, that is our post code. Been a customer since October with great speeds till December when the mast reached capacity. Since then its been a steady decline. Getting 1-2mb since yesterday.

  • rafthemaster
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England

@ThreeUKSupport Not overly - looks like signal in my area has got a lot worse than it was advertised at... O2 had better signal and I left them due to bad coverage and was shown the map for my area and told it would be very good - not what I’m getting

  • garydenness
Gary Denness (@garydenness) reported from Bournemouth, England

@ThreeUK hi guys. I received a text today telling me that the Spend Cap will no longer apply to any purchases made with your Three Pay service. This, you tell me, is to give me control over how much I spend. That’s a porky pie isn’t it? This new policy means I have less control.

  • Stephen61934614
Stephen Edwards (@Stephen61934614) reported from Christchurch, England

@ThreeUKSupport Sorry but this is beyond a joke, service in BH234HU has completely crashed again - you really need to give an honest explanation of what is going on, people are trying to do their jobs here!

  • jamescusens18
JimmyUnderwood™ (@jamescusens18) reported from Bournemouth, England

Hi @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I need someone to call me back tomorrow to help sort out the mess that you’ve created. You’ve taken my phone number and swapped it with my mum (NHS worker), now she is without a phone. Complete mess.

  • Unhappyconsume1
Service please (@Unhappyconsume1) reported from Bournemouth, England

@ThreeUKSupport a HUGE thank you to the Amazing Jonathan who took ownership of my WiFi issue, he was upfront and honest and came up with a solution. Just a shame that the WiFi Didn’t work for us in our area as we have been with 3 for years with our mobile phones and

  • rafthemaster
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England

@ThreeUKSupport It’s like I’m doomed not to get help. I’m really sorry but who do I have to talk to to get a qualified engineer on the phone not someone following a script - he’s taking forever and not getting anywhere because my answers don’t fit his script he doesn’t know how to help me

  • ScubaRoss
Ross (@ScubaRoss) reported from Poole, England

@mcarhartharris @ThreeUK If you want the model let me know. Best headphones I’ve ever used, never fallen out when running AND they turn on, it’s like magic!

  • rafthemaster
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England

@ThreeUK why is your network so rubbish - months now I’ve been suffering bad signal everywhere. I’ve even had my iPhone replaced to try and resolve things and all you say is “doing works to improve” in the area every time without prior warning and they never improve

  • felicityjames8
FEJ (@felicityjames8) reported from Lymington, England

@ThreeUK heh three what’s the network problem with So42 7. No network since Saturday and no info on when it’s going to get fixed. We all rely on 3 home routers so impossible to home school

Will the £1 Nero coffee be returning @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport ? This was a customer retainer for me and I'd like to know whether to hold on or jump ship now?

  • AutomationAlex
    Alex | orbisearch.com (@AutomationAlex) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I pay £7/m to ID and visit the uk 1x per year. Never any issues.

  • robj3d3
    Rob Hallam (@robj3d3) reported

@IMAC2 @ThreeUK That sucks man. There's no way to go back to your own country just for the sake of a SIM. Funny thing is my provider has plenty of coverage in Vietnam, they just choose to be a pain @ThreeUK

  • axtumnbreeze
    chey (@axtumnbreeze) reported

I was under the impression that with the Vodafone3 merge, I'd get better signal, so sorted a new sim and phone through 3 as I never had an issue. Since the masts were being merged, its been awful. Its ridiculous @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK never had this many signal issues beforehand🙈

  • RyanSael
    Ryan Sael (@RyanSael) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I switched to giffgaff before left and just use payg without monthly plan, never had a problem since. maybe try order a new sim via ukpostbox then forward to your current address, that might help.

  • FoxRunTime
    fox  (@FoxRunTime) reported

still better service quality than @threeuk

  • grantdotdev
    Grant | Dev (@grantdotdev) reported

I've been infuriated with @ThreeUK for over a month. My iPhone shows 4G or 5G and 4 bars of signal, yet I can't load webpages, check email, view social media or even load my @MCardtravel app to open my bus ticket. I thought the @VodafoneThreeUK acquisition was to improve signal?!

  • NeddyOrNot
    Neddy (@NeddyOrNot) reported

It should be illegal how phone companies handle cancellations once your minimum term ends. If the contract's over, I should be able to cancel it online in 30 seconds, not spend an hour jumping through hoops just to stop paying them. I'm talking about @ThreeUK here, but let's be honest, they're all at it. Why is this still considered acceptable?
