@ThreeUKSupport I've spoken to 3 different people since receiving phone on 10 Feb. Nobody can tell me what the real issue is. No mobile data, old number not transferred. Can somebody please sort this!! I don't want to ring a 4th time to be given a generic answer.

@ThreeUKSupport I have shared the detail on chat on the app several times so don’t patronise me, frustrating isn’t near the word I would use, I missed out on spending time with a dying relative because your phone network isn’t fit for purpose, i have been paying over £50 a month for a brick
