    @threeuksupport Hi,just purchased a new iPad and set up the Three app but it initially said a temporary password would be sent via text (which can't be done on an iPad) and now I can't sign in as each time it's asking me for a password I don't have! Help! Many thanks in advance!

    @ThreeUKSupport A test was run by the engineer I spoke to over the phone in November, he agreed that he could see a fault that should be fixed within two hours, it's taken two months, I should have to do nothing more, I also know it's not just me that has made this complaint, fix it

    @ThreeUKSupport Yeah this has become a joke now. Waited a week for my pending order to be cancelled so I can reorder or get my PAC code and leave. Cust of 10 years. This is ridiculous folks. This is a tech issue why can't it be flagged and fixed within a week!

    @ThreeUK absolutely pathetic service from three all I want is a credit back that three owe me but if I were trying to take out a new contract there’s never a problem and please don’t use COVID as an excuse every company is struggling but manage to provide a good service

    @ThreeUK I am absolutely drained by your horrific customer service. I returned a handset to you which you claimed I didn’t return. Then when I provided you with tracking details which shows the phone as delivered your team say they need 72hrs??? This was 3 weeks ago!!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport #BTCsecurity #BTC unbeliveable lack of support and professionalism from your site. My friend's tel number was #Hacked and transfered by your customer service operator and he lost access to all his verification codes loosing all his assets. 3 days he is 1/2
