    @ThreeUKSupport I have had the worst of experience with three network regarding the broadband promotional offer given to me. This broadband did not work and I cancelled within 24hours of setting it up with the device returned only for them to tell me my money cannot be refunded.

    @ThreeUKSupport For the past 5 months I have had very slow download speeds. It has gone from 25Mbps to 0.5-4Mbps. Some days I get 0.1Mbps. After 12 years I think I might have to move to @EE

    @crgmat @ThreeUKSupport I’m no longer finding @ThreeUKSupport’s price structure acceptable. There was a great level of support from aircrew for 3, but many have left already. In current economic climate, ignoring a ready market is a brave corporate choice.

    @ThreeUKSupport A restart appears to have fixed things. I was having issues from first thing this morning, in East London. Was home when I initially tweeted in Hertfordshire. Did the problem just affect 4G then or was 5G impacted also?

    @Tomasfleming67 @ThreeUK In the majority of houses up here most networks non existent. Start up a new network all the capital you have 👌
