Why I pay for a 5G contract with @ThreeUK I have no idea? Just got bumped to 3G at Macarther Glen in Bridgend. Not 4G bloody 3G and that’s not unusual. Your service in Bridgend is pathetic. Contract is up in March and I won’t be staying. Really you should be refunding me! @ofgem

I see @ThreeUKSupport network is just as bad as it was when I left 10 years ago. Place order, order fails with a random technical fault. Promised call back, instead got spam call trying to sell me more contracts "as a valued customer". Had to manually put order through and...

@ThreeUKSupport I did this form and received a message that the phone is unlocked, obviously a lie. I've contacted you two times, but no result and today did it for the third time and was asked for proof that I had bought the phone, etc. I don't keep anything from 2016. Just bad service.
