  @ThreeUKSupport Adding stuff to the cart is broken, partly because of the missing SSL. I had to switch to a different browser to be able to complete the checkout. The checkout process is terrible. I am an existing customer but had to fill in all my details again to complete the order.

  @ThreeUK I’ve tried calling customer services twice and they haven’t helped me so maybe Twitter can. Someone has cloned my mobile number since I joined Three. They are making numerous spoof calls and I’m inundated with people calling me “back” wondering why I called them?

  @ThreeUKSupport Moved to new home and the Three reception map says we should be covered by full bars 4G (EH6, Edinburgh) but there is no coverage indoor & only 1 bar outside. Husband & I can barely make calls or get internet access within about 400m of new home. Can you help?

  @ThreeUK i recently moved from three and whilst I could occasionally access your website when signer up, now you are permanently having technical problems, i.e your website is crap. I have a credit on my account and am wondering how I get it back

  @ThreeUKSupport Because the link an online advisor sent me wasn't for upgrade like I asked and had two contracts and so I had no choice but to cancel and send it back I won't be upgrading with you because apparently I won't get the offer I was promised and purchased
