    @threeuksupport Hi,just purchased a new iPad and set up the Three app but it initially said a temporary password would be sent via text (which can't be done on an iPad) and now I can't sign in as each time it's asking me for a password I don't have! Help! Many thanks in advance!

    Thanks @ThreeUK and Cheyene for the worst customer support! Refused to proceed to listen and solve my problem, as I gave her MY full name (first,middle, last) which did not match the account - account name is MY first name and last name! Just coz I said my middle name!

    @ThreeUKSupport I need to raise how awful your customer services is. I’ve been with Three for many years and recently upgraded my sim plan to a 24 months in Oct on the basis the first 6 months is £11. Twice I’ve been told on the chat that this will be actioned! Still nothing!!!

    @ThreeUK Ordered a new phone online on the 7th Dec. Still waiting, last weeks excuse from 333 was It’s been returned and this weeks one is blaming Apple for no stock. Bit of consistency would help!

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Katherine, I have been a loyal customer for years and never usually have issues. Except when I upgraded to the iPhone XR last July. Since then, my network issues have been consistent. I usually have two bars max and rely on home or work WiFi. I reported the following:-
