@threeuksupport Hi,just purchased a new iPad and set up the Three app but it initially said a temporary password would be sent via text (which can't be done on an iPad) and now I can't sign in as each time it's asking me for a password I don't have! Help! Many thanks in advance!

Appalling, rude service from @EE store. Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. I’ve used @ThreeUK for years. They’re consistently good!!!

@ThreeUKSupport Experiencing network issues for a week now. Can dial&hear the other person but they can't hear me. Same if I make WhatsApp calls on my data. 3 website says no issues in my area (they were reported last week), but there clearly are. Just upgraded my contract! Help!

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, just wanted to thank u again. Sorry it took so long. I admit I gave up trying to log in back in November, but as the mast STILL appears to be down & I need backup WiFi for work, tried it again today & was successful. It's amazing it works better on 3G? You were bang on.

After being a loyal and happy customer for 8 years I will be leaving @ThreeUK when my contract ends later this month. Visiting my parents later this year for a month would cost me over £50 in roaming charges on a new @ThreeUK contract. It will cost me £0 with @O2. No brainer!!

@ThreeUKSupport Yet again I have been failed my you. 2 years ago I upgraded my phone and took out a new contract with you. 8 months later I discovered you had not only been charging me for my old contract still but still didn't cancel it after complaining.
