Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. I’ve used @ThreeUK for years. They’re consistently good!!!

I want to know how long this is expected to go on for? Days? weeks? And why would you not reach out to us to warn us?
