    Appalling, rude service from @EE store. Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. I’ve used @ThreeUK for years. They’re consistently good!!!

    @threeuksupport Hi,just purchased a new iPad and set up the Three app but it initially said a temporary password would be sent via text (which can't be done on an iPad) and now I can't sign in as each time it's asking me for a password I don't have! Help! Many thanks in advance!

    Cancelled my @ThreeUK account 3 months ago (ironic) and they STILL send me a bill to pay once a month. Why won’t you just let me cancel my account? We sent the box back, you refunded my last payment from October, but you still keep sending me bills? Useless.

    My lad had his phone sim hacked, it was disabled in his phone, cloned remotely and £125 charges added to the account (in my name). @ThreeUK have ignored my complaint thinking I'll cave in and pay. Just off to the local store to cancel all 4 of my contracts. I don't like thieves.

    At this point in time @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport is by far the worst mobile service provider I have ever been with in all my 20+ years of having a mobile phone. Literally 95% of the places I go I can never get any reliable signal. Sooner I switch to someone else the better.

    @ThreeUK I have been at my current address for 6 years and very rarely have more than one bars signal strength. I no have had all the excuses such as engineering or new SIM card but it never gets better. @ThreeUK your network is truly the worst.
