The Art Classroom (@theartclassroom) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@DarrenMcNaney @ThreeUK It’s seeing who has left voicemails on your phone. It’s part of the basic framework for an iPhone but a lot of networks don’t support it. O2 does. I just fixed mine by using @hivoicemail which appears to be working great! Thanks folks! 👍🏻 I would recommend.

isaac bjorn (@isaac_bjorn) reported from Glasgow, ScotlandSorry but @EE totally beats @ThreeUK at any type of mobile signal. I’m in Glasgow and even in 5G the internet is so slow on Three. I use a BUSSINESS sim from EE and personal number from three and mostly have to use the EE at all times because it just works.

Mr A$AP Verflucht Esq. (@verflucht) reported from Paisley, Scotland@SteMarsh @ThreeUK I hate @ThreeUK and suggest to anybody and everybody to never sign up with them. Leave them. For one, getting a refund means dealing with a company that has a shit we form, who are crooks but will only accept my actual phone bill, leaving me open to yet more ******* fraud.

QuokkᐰMocha 🏴🇨🇿🇺🇦🏳️🌈 (@MochaQuokka) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport If the sim doesn’t arrive tomorrow can I still speak to you? My problem is I forgot I set up a Mail redirect while I’m looking after my uncle across in Fife and it’s not stopped yet, so the sim will go to my uncle’s house.

Stewart Priest 🌈 🏒 💙 (@itsjuststewart) reported from Clydebank, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport I understand the logistical issues, but when you’ve sent confirmation with a delivery date, it’s to be expected that people are unhappy. It’s not unheard of that on launch day supply will be short, so set expectations and give a window, not a solid date which you’ll likely miss.
-
Andy Weir (@andyhw168) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@ThreeUK just phoned to find out why I am not receiving incoming calls to discover your network has issues. Why are you not informing customers. Is it because you are hoping they don’t notice and hit you with compensation claims

-
UDI for The North 🐧 (@SunyaSutti) reportedWhy do @ThreeUK make it impossible to contact them? First they insist on a phone numb - I'm a broadband customer ffs! When I did get past that their chat **** bot could only handle returns. After repeating myself a number of times & saying "human" loads too, it hung up!
-
C Lloyd (@clloyd3003) reported@ThreeUKSupport When will the signal issues be sorted? There's areas with no signal, emergency calls only, no internet. Different locations as well. Been like this since early yesterday morning.

Anis Ahmed Chohan (@AnichoBuilds) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Bruh ee never cancelled me I've been out the UK for 4 years. If you mobile supports it fastest option is get an esim install and app and register and you have number with data, SMS and calls in minutes you'll find global guys and local guys worth doing some window shopping
-
naomi (@ROSS_G3LL3R) reported@ThreeUK As a young woman travelling abroad not only is this very dangerous but also absolutely disgusting that you think it’s acceptable to treat customers this way just to make more money! Sort it out @ThreeUK
-
Rob Hallam (@robj3d3) reported@IMAC2 @ThreeUK That sucks man. There's no way to go back to your own country just for the sake of a SIM. Funny thing is my provider has plenty of coverage in Vietnam, they just choose to be a pain @ThreeUK
