    @ThreeUK word of advice on your coverage map. I've spent years thinking "wow Three's 4G coverage is awful" because if we don't put our model of phone in it doesn't display the HUGELY dense 800Mhz "supervoice" layer. Admirably honest but must be a better way marketing-wise :D

    @ThreeUKSupport customer service is awful especially with someone who has severe anxiety. I understand you're busy but I legitimately can't contact anyone and I can rarely find the courage to call so if I could get some help from you it would be greatly appreciated.

    @AllanAnttonio @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport It has been bad for months. They'll ask for your postcode, tell you to try 3G, tell you it's congestion, tell you there is works in the area and it'll be done soon.....it won't. They've said this since May 2019!

    @ThreeUKSupport No good they are having technical problems. As I said iilog in requires a password and email both of which I do not know/forgotten. I have received no reset details with emails I currently have. I pay a monthly fee through my bank by DD and do not receive paper bills or emails.

    @ThreeUKSupport I credited £27.50 for an Add on, your systems were down, i was already a fiver in credit. Normally I would get data to sort me out for the month. Now I've ended up with 12gb, which I didn't want.

    @ThreeUKSupport please help. I have mobile WiFi with Three and I’d like to login to my account but it says I need the phone number. I don’t know what it is as it’s not used as a phone, I can’t see it on any of the emails from whe I set it up and I don’t get a bill.
