They keep telling me it's my hub but it's the same issue using the sim in a different device & I'm guaranteed to speak to at least 5 different people!🤬

Shows how much they listen. Then tell me they can't do anything and pass me through to complaints who can't help either. Useless!

Rather then being told it’s “good” then again the sales person can only go by what’s in front of them so no fault on them

It is not an issue at home as I have good 3G signal anyway and Wifi calling, I am worried if I need to go to an area with no 3G
