    @ThreeUKSupport Cool. It does but most apps won't load on 3g. 4g does work most of the time, but it just randomly drops out or says there's signal but it's hollow 😅

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm actually sick of speaking to your webchat and help desk. They tell me the problem is my phone. Shows how much they listen. Then tell me they can't do anything and pass me through to complaints who can't help either. Useless!

    @ThreeUKSupport Every time I speak to someone at Three either on the phone or echat they insist there's no problem and refuse to escalate it. They keep telling me it's my hub but it's the same issue using the sim in a different device & I'm guaranteed to speak to at least 5 different people!🤬

    @ThreeUK @UKHonor Still shocking customer service though, so suggest you look elsewhere. We are currently locked in on 4 contracts and just been overpaying by £60pcm for 6 months - refund refused. £50 then £100 then £150 credit balance offered instead of a refund but only if we upgrade #extortion
