Getting billed every month but not getting the service. @ThreeUK we have been getting inconsistent internet via the mifi for the past month. Even hot spotting via my phone (which is a different service provider) gives better internet.

@ThreeUKSupport I am exhausted with the lack of signal cover we have in our area and just how difficult it is to receive and make a call from the comfort of our home on a daily basis, the service is so poor I’m about done. If you want keep customers you need to do something?

@ThreeUKSupport It's ok sorted. Some of your customer service advisors are pure Muppet Show though. One of them recommended a Home Signal Black Box to improve my 5g reception, but that seems to be 2014 tech for poor 3g signals.

@ThreeUKSupport a loyal customer for over 15 years. Was trying to buy a Xmas present for my daughter! And as it happens I am due an upgrade! And you failed my credit check! I know my credit is good! A nonsense! I will purchase elsewhere! Terrible company - I will make it known!

@ThreeUKSupport Absolutely not. I was told they can reduce my monthly payments but still have no service. Now they are threatening court action as I refuse to pay for a service not provided.

@FlashySillah @amandaadagreat @ThreeUK switch to Vodafone like I did. Unlimited data for a reasonable price. So much quicker than Three and none of those weird moments where it shows full bars but no service.
