    @ThreeUKSupport So what you are saying is you are doing nothing, like everyone else @ThreeUK . This shouldn't need the ombudsman. The customers service, even taking COVID into account, is appalling. Hence my original tweet.

    @ThreeUK we have received a new phone through 3 insurance. Do we send the old broken one back? There was no letter with it.

    So @TalkTalk keep ringing me to find out why I’m leaving but I can’t be bothered to be on the phone for half an hour telling them I had NO internet for 3 months in March 2020 and they would do NOTHING to help and we now have to rely on @ThreeUK MyFi to stay connected 😠

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK almost non existent internet connectivity in BS16 area all day today. All of our mobile and three home broadband. Can you tell me when normal service will be resumed please?

    @ThreeUK Internet down in my area - tried ringing Three tech support - just tell my "systems are down" so they can even check if there is a network fault in my area?

    @iceman02_ @EE Ngl I’ve lost all patience, if its not solved by 5 Im going to contact the bank to cancel the direct debit and going to call @ThreeUK and stay with them.
