@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUKSupport I have been on chat. I spoke with senior management who PROMISED to resolve this complaint & call me back within an absolute MAXIMUM of 48hrs - that was on 10.03.21. Still no resolution & I am still awaiting a callback. What do I need to do to get help?
