@ThreeUKSupport We were under the impression that the direct debit that was set up in store at the time the contract was took out was being sent to Three every month but we learnt on the phone the other day that Three had never received a bill payment from the contract started in July 2020

@ThreeUKSupport I can sign in if I go somewhere else to get reception. Just can no longer sign in at home. Have to drive a few minutes away for reception. I'm afraid that plus your price increase for PAYG. PAC requested and used :(
