    @jamesarcherrr @ThreeUKSupport Hello, since normally signal issues are related to a specific area, it sounds like either a defective iPhone 13 or it’s directly related to the Sim card. How long have you had your current one? Sim card that is.

    @ThreeUKSupport Are you sure it’s an upgrade, that is actively being worked on, or is it broken - and nobody has gone to fix it over Easter? Because prior to Wednesday we were getting 5G speeds and now we are getting nothing. Doesn’t feel like an upgrade at all.

    @threeuk after about 18 years it's time to say bye. My main number is going elsewhere. Failure to fix the signal in my area after repeated promises to do so has forced this. I've another number still in contact, as the service levels are bad, can I break this without penalty?

    @ThreeUKSupport Both 3and 4G is not working and shows not in service, I almost get fired of work because I can’t receive calls, worthless network and you won’t accept to cancel the contract because of bad service, wouldn’t you?

    @ThreeUKSupport hi I got in touch a few months ago and was assured that although they couldn't give a firm date my issue would be resolved.....its not and I'm paying 26 per month for broadband which isn't working.ive tried the sim in my mobile and guess what it works no probs??

    @ThreeUKSupport Only 3G coverage in last few fists over Easter. Work has been carried out on local mast for last month which was a great 4G service! What is going on in the KT12 5AE area?

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi - the issue has not been fixed despite chatting to customer services multiple times. Can someone pls look into it? I can’t check my allowance or buy add-on or anything on the app and website!
