@ThreeUKSupport I'm expecting a new phone today but haven't had a delivery time text which was supposed to come this morning, I tried calling 333 but the menu just goes in a loop: Upgrades (3) -> Other (0) -> back to main menu. pls help :(

@ThreeUKSupport This is Three mobile broadband. The Android TV can't connect to any services unless I use a VPN to change my IP address. Without VPN I see 0Mbps download, and with a VPN turned on around 20Mbps. Had the same issue connecting Roblox on an Android tablet, it worked with a VPN

Another black mark against @ThreeUK not only is the coverage **** I can't pay my business account in a store nor do the know anything about business accounts. Even though said store can set you up with a business account to start with. Complete wasters.

@ThreeUKSupport ordered something to the store but my name has changed few year ago but my ID still has my old name which means I couldn't pick up my package even with documents proving my name change. phoned customer service which were very good but gave different inconclusive answers
