@ThreeUK absolutely awful customer service just now. Trying to get a PAC code over the phone as my phone is broken. Advisor unable to understand that we cannot access the BROKEN phone, and as I can’t tell her the last 4 digits of a number called 3 days ago she can’t help?

@ThreeUKSupport Not sure what is going on but 5g has been terrible recently to the point of being slower than dial up!! and Today I have been with network since early this morning...its not good enough
