@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport are a joke. Why are you offering half a service, you have overcharged me by £15.00 a month for nearly a year. I have called&called to complain only to be told “there is no refund services available/no stores open” just had to cancel my contract. DISGUSTED

We won’t have wifi till tomorrow sine moving into the new place. I cave in and bought by wifi for a day. My @ThreeUK network is useless in this flat. Does anyone else get ‘dead zones’ issue with Three?

@ThreeUKSupport Problem is that cancelled one of my accounts then still get a letter saying that will still be charged out of contract. Then you call and they say yes you have it’s on the system but we can’t do anything about the letter.

@ThreeUK just been told by a CSA that to switch my 3 Pay as you go number over to my new pay monthy sim I need to first switch my current number over to o2 or EE then switch back to 3🤨Surely there is an easier way as both sims are on your network?

@ThreeUKSupport Not really i had heart set on s20fe snapdragon. seen deals for 38pm the deal i was offered for 4g one knocked down from original by about 6 pound to 31pm for 100gb. I dont know why i cant get 5g one for about 33-34 for same discount even with less data
