@ThreeUKSupport As I have said previously, I have called numerous times and no resolution. I’ve had calls ended, passed to different teams with waiting times up to 40-45 minutes. This is not customer service.

@ThreeUKSupport I was told I’d receive it last night over chat within two hours and it never arrived. I was told again this morning that it’d arrive but wasn’t given a specific time despite me asking numerous times this morning when it will arrive. I said I’m not happy to close the chat option u
