@ThreeUKSupport why is it so difficult for a replacement SIM to be sent? 4 requests since November. No SIM, no service but taking payment. Unable to cancel contract despite Three not living up to their end if the deal..

The service provided by @ThreeUK is absolutely appalling. I bought a phone over 5 weeks ago and they STILL haven't changed my number over. In an attempt to rectify this I have been in store twice, on chat app twice and filed a complaint and they STILL haven't fixed it. Disgrace

@tashacaitlyn @ThreeUK Hahah BABE. Only because I bought my phone outright in cash from Hong Kong so I am literally only paying for data! Most people’s are probably £25-£40 here I guess. I always buy the phone now so I don’t have to **** around with plans I can’t get out of.
