@JimTheConsumer @ThreeUK You will regret, awful company. We went to go with them, never received the phone, never used the service yet they still have my £49 deposit and WONT give it back!!! Have started court proceedings so it will cost them more in the long run.

@ThreeUK any chance you guys can have a look into why none of your masts near ig117dj are sending out Internet even tho im getting full signal and 4g+ As it seems to be @SMARTYMobileUK just says the same old "nothing wrong in that area, all masts working fine" It's been wks!

@ThreeUKSupport Hello. I have an ongoing router issue & spoken with someone on the phone, who's running tests & getting back to me next week. Now I'm getting an APN connection error, have zero WiFi in EH11 2NQ & the system thinks I've not paid my bill, which was taken on 2 Nov.

@ThreeUKSupport when is the signal in the Np25 area going to be back to normal?? Its been down to 20% of the normal speed since Fri Nov 5th. A real time line would be appreciated and if need be I will cancel all 4 contracts I have as I need to be able to work.
