    @ThreeUKSupport This assumes the security team manages to actually call ME this time. It seems you have a massive process and communication issue to resolve here, it should not have took me all this time to find out what was going on.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUK Avoid three stores please. My nearest three store guys dont have any idea how to replace my old faulty sim and i have to travell further 10mile to another three store and that guy had gave me replaced new sim card. So better avoid physical three store to avoid some idiot

    @ThreeUKSupport Today customer services chat couldn't figure out where my order was but cancelled my order and put me through to sales to start again. It was sales that figured out what happened, and put a new order in for me which hopefully will arrive Friday 9 days late.
