    @ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

    @ThreeUKSupport @Sam_PdB Phoned, spoke to a human, esim delivered via post three working days later and now setup. What’s this nonsense about only in selected stores?? You’d have more uptake if Three support were all on the same page

    @ThreeUKSupport I have spent hours on the phone with tech teams etc who finally admitted that 3 do not have 5G in Lancaster UK and therefore can not provide the service through Huawai router. Monthly charges can be reduced but that’s still no service and I won’t pay for service I don’t have.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes and yes, visited a store and had it cancelled there and was told by a colleague you can’t cancel via the app anymore which is confusing as you offer the option?

    Trying to move a number from one @ThreeUK contract to another @ThreeUK contract and their suggested approach was to get a pay as you go contract with another provider and do a port away and back into their network. This seems suboptimal.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi. My Three broadband 5G and 4G have stopped working overnight. The router is connected and shows 5G but webpages etc timeout. This in the SE1 area. Any issues?
