Chris Turner (Mrs. Because people assume I'm male) (@krispii) reported@ThreeUK What a shambles! I'm stuck in the USA with a SIM that has been suspended. It's been a week now - so much for adding a data pack to be sure of roaming coverage for my holiday! So many broken promises, 24 hours, 48 hours... a whole week later and still no further forward!

mark (@deligatedgeek) reportedI ask @ThreeUK about failing over to @VodafoneUK as they advertise and they said it will take years for this to happen. They advised me to get a PAC and go to another supplier. @Ofcom are three obliged to fix faults of their own network?
