@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport The post code is E18 2JY and it’s a Huawei AI Cube - model B900-230. I was told i would get excellent coverage when i bought it, and i only ever get at best half decent signal when checking the app.

@ThreeUKSupport Nope area specific, I moved around as well. So far I have replaced the SIM card & changed phones but still no use they have no clue of what is the issue simple wasting time I am super annoyed as I can’t call anyone but able receive call & data is working fine but no outgoing cal

@ThreeUKSupport I think it was an email as I did get a Nokia 1.3 with the contract but the phone was terrible so I bought a Motorola G8 lite, which has been much better, but the three app won’t log me in on the phone app, keeps coming up with...oops something went wrong there, please try again.

@ThreeUKSupport Yeah on the app it's just saying "oops something went wrong" aftwr inputting my password and just stays on that page. Website just says it's down for maintenance but it's been saying that for months
