@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUK I’ve asked consultants of yours multiple times to turn off my voicemail, via live chat and via speaking to you and it’s STILL ON! :( I need it off for work and I’m potentially gonna get in trouble now for integrity because I’m getting voicemails. Why is it still on??

@ThreeUKSupport I was in lincoln this morning with no issues.. my wife also on 3 and she has had problems all day in burton on trent... Different phones too, iphone n Samsung? There must be an issue looking at twitter and Google down detecter ?
