@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

And the most unreliable network in the UK trophy goes to @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport. I started a contract with a 14 days cooling period on the 9th of March porting my old lebara sim. Since I got the switch, my life have become a nightmare. Network issues via calling and internet

Still trying to get my @ThreeUK service restored by @ThreeUKSupport after 17 days. Absolutely shocking. They told me on Monday it would be fixed within 72 hours but nothing has happened. I don't even get the chat transcripts I request.
