@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport Customer service live chat, who told me to call the Protection Team, but the number they gave me didn’t work. So i called customer services, who said they’d call me back within a few hours on Tuesday, but never did. Yesterday I didnt receive a call and was at work so couldnt call

@ThreeUK Hi. eNB 8471 (EX11 1LF) status checker has been saying "We’re fixing an issue with our network in this area" for a while now (since around the end of May I think). Service not unusable but is fairly poor. Do you have any timescale for when this will be improved please?

@ThreeUKSupport Technical issues, agents not doing their jobs correctly lots of different excuses. I’m due to call AGAIN today. I had a three contract with the number I wanted to keep and then got a new three contract which I want it transferred to. I’m so sick of dealing with this call centre.

On the train to Brighton. Almost managed to complete a telephone call and almost watched a video on Twitter all the way through. Mobile communication in this country is just awful…. Still. Both the ‘mobile’ and the “communication” part seem to be missing. @ThreeUKSupport
