@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport Mainly noticed it at work MK9 1EN, but I have noticed it in other towns also, so I think it could be a hardware/sim issue. Its weird, as some apps will still be okay and load fine (reddit for example), but Google chrome and twitter don't load anything at all.

Nice one @ThreeUK and @AppleSupport for sending me my phone update but not including a charger head, so I can’t actually use the product. Oh and then telling me that I need to pay extra for that. Excellent service, just top notch

@ThreeUKSupport Well I have been here for 5months - still paying bills with you. Received no warning text or email you would be cutting service (if that’s what’s happened). It would be good to get reinstalled - or refunded.

@ThreeUKSupport I live chatted and it was sorted... for now. It happens every single month and I'm always assured it won't happen again. It's the only way I can ring my elderly parents overseas and no-one at 3 ever cares to look into the issue and get it permanently fixed
