@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport It’s such an inconvenience for me cuz I didn’t have a SIM card connected for 4/5 days! It was such an inconvenience for me and I got charged extra on top of that. I’ve been a loyal customer for almost 4/5 years now

@melahart @FullyThoughtOut @ThreeUK Except when you’re in a 4G black spot in London like I am with Vodafone. Didn’t find out until I moved in! It’s fine as I connect to wifi to make calls but that sounds as though it won’t be straightforward if neither BT nor Virgin can supply a service.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Kim, Well I've spoken to your live chat support on numerous occasions and keep getting either lied to, or misinformed. Twitter comments don't provide anywhere enough characters for me to cover it.
