    @ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

    Thank you @ThreeUK - having spent an hour trying to speak to the technical team I have heard 3 people have their dinner and then another hang up on me multiple times. I hope they enjoyed their meals, but I definitely did not have a solution to my WiFi issue....

    @ThreeUKSupport Jen, I've mentioned a number of times that your staff in chat are not helpful. I stopped receiving a response on chat the other day. Today not long ago when I called customer services, the calm was ended abruptly

    @ThreeUK if my reception gets any slower I may as well just cancel my contract and get a landline, it’d be more reliable... it’s 2021 and I’m not even getting 1mbps. But you’ll happily charge me £32.50 a month. Absolute shambles.

    @ThreeUKSupport The PAC was never used as the phone was deactivated. Your rep was told the phone was not in use, yet failed to notify my wife it wasn't getting sent by email.

    @ThreeUKSupport @Vivadalivecouk1 No need to be rude, your service sucks. Why have a "support" page if you can't do anything???? You have terrible customer service, people choose to come here as a last resort and surprise surprise, another dead end. #ThreeMobileSucks

    Getting extremely slow (or no) broadband from @ThreeUK mifi (below 0.5mbps or nothing). Seriously let down. Anything that can be done before I change internet provider?

    @ThreeUK some of the worst customer service I have ever seen! Were promised a £70 refund because of terrible service and spoke to a lovely lady that said we could also cancel our contract without fees. Now being told the £70 can be applied as credit towards EXIT FEES of £100+

    @ThreeUKSupport My case has been escalated. I’m waiting for a THREE agent to call in the next 72 hours. But - in the meantime - I’m practicallly getting no service tonight (not even basic streaming). Tomorrow morning I have a work video call and I’m afraid the situation will continue @ThreeUK
