    @ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

    @ThreeUK Never thought it would be so hard to get my upgrade! Terrible customer service. Seems that no 2 employees have been trained with the same material, as everyone I’ve spoken to has told me a different story,none of which have materialised into reality!

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK just to let you guys know. Been told I still can't cancel my contract as you have to raise an issue again about first order (for 3rd time) which will take another 48hrs. Appalling service. Can't wait to cancel my second account

    @ThreeUKSupport Thank, this is at least quicker than the mail, even though my problem is NOT resolved. The new problem is that no matter when I try to open the chat (from this morning to now), there are no operators available!

    @9600 @theonlyrobinson @ThreeUK Indeed, that’s kind of the point - the signal is stronger plugged into the antenna so the losses are fine - took me from 30-35Mb with occasional 40Mb to 50-55Mb with occasional 60Mb. Moderate improvement across the board in signal measures.

    @ThreeUKSupport So @ThreeUKSupport does not enable you to leave their services when you do not remember your security details! Essentially billing you endlessly. Is this legal? (reached the support chat - which tells me to reach customer support in different ways which did not work before)

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport your customer service and technical services teams are shocking. I have spent over two hours talking to people, lied to by several, and bounced from department to department. And still my issue hasn't been sorted.

    @ThreeUKSupport I received yesterday, but it was issued on 27th jan.,but I don't get it,If I cancelled the order twice ,on the 14th jan and 26th whit your advisors,and the parcel it was sent back on 28th jan.Why the direct debit is set up and the parcel still send it to me.Awful services.

    After the fraudster took over my phone number, they used it to reset the passport on my email account and others. Getting my number back is the only way to get my accounts and all data in them. @ThreeUK understood the issue and promised to help. Two months later, still nothing.
