@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport I switch to pay as you go 22nd October 2020. due to an issue with my online banking, i didn't notice until January 2021 that Three was still taking money. I've made numerous attempts to get the issue fix but I kept getting passed around therefore I contacted the bank to cancel

@ThreeUKSupport I tried and it the robot voice said "sorry we cannot top up using this card. Try using the website..." Which is what was giving me trouble before. The card is valid and has cash in the account, but because I've topped up with this card in the past I can't use it again?

@ThreeUKSupport What if she is the account holder and has forgotten her details? As in the years since my father and mother no longer are together. Hence why we need more help then what is being suggested. So my father will be charged for a service he isn't receiving nor can try to correct.

@ThreeUKSupport Journey to get this done is going to be a long and frustrating one... as your responce highlights why we will have to cancel the account. As instead of getting the account holder to call you, perhaps you could think on your feet and call them?
