    @ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

    @ThreeUKSupport Initially it was being sent to store for collection, then it was changed to home delivery, now dpd have the parcel and are returning to your depot rather than my house?? There are multiple issues with the delivery but no issue taking my first payment today.

    @ThreeUKSupport I do that every time it happens which is very regularly. It always takes ages on the phone and they always try to blame my hub until finally admitting that it's a network issue

    @SpykerMP6 @tescomobile @ThreeUK PS. Just how small do you think Tesco are mate?! One of the biggest companies in the world who use the O2 signal, your mam actually uses an O2 signal but she gets it 2p a min cheaper, fair dos 👍

    @ThreeUKSupport phone keeps going to emergency calls only and mobile data is very slow (5g area near Edinburgh). Know it's not the phone as dual sum (O2) is working fine. Maybe a SIM problem? How can I get a reacement SIM please?

    @ThreeUKSupport I was advised to log an official complaint in your store, which I have done, and await 7 days when someone will contact me with an update. So I have no idea when to expect my item to be honest.

    @ThreeUKSupport hi there, I'm trying to get the £3 ticket reward at Cineworld from the Three+ app but it's not showing up on there. I can only see the free drink reward atm. pls help. thx
