    @ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

    @ThreeUKSupport That's not a lot of consolation for my work, or lack thereof, for the next month. I've ordered a Vodafone SIM in the meantime and will chase for a 11 month-on update to the Universal Service Obligation - China is now open so interesting to hear the current excuse.

    @ThreeUKSupport Still can't get into your webchat. Still can't receive phone calls, use the internet much or, you know, use the services I pay you for. What do you suggest I do? This really isn't good enough. Have been having problems since mid December and it's February now.

    Would you cancel your @ThreeUK contract if your son ran up £160 of excess charges for three hours of calls even though his contract was supposed to be capped to prevent this? All current plans have no limit on minutes so he’s effectively being punished for being a loyal customer.

    @ThreeUKSupport Webchat yesterday fix by 4 Feb. Just received calls from 2nd & 3rd line support, after getting me to swap settings in box, then checking their coverage, then confirming problem (told of yesterday) then told 5 March new fix date. 3 masts at 15km, 12km & 8km all down for a month?
