    @ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

    @sapphiresteel @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport I wouldn't hold your breath, I've had work on my local masts since Christmas. Told it would be resolved soon, total joke! They'll tell you a lie or offer you compensation rather than fix the problem. There infrastructure cannot meet demand.

    @ThreeUK hi 3 I really liked your network but for the last 10 months I get 1 bar I talk to ur customer service they just said it’s Signal issue and promised they will fix it soon but nope still the same very disappointed

    @ThreeUK ive never been a three customer in my life before but i cant wait to finish my 12 month sim deal ! These new price increases again are shocking ! And i dont know how your allowed to get away with it tbh.

    @Eurovision seems like the UK is having a problem where the ThreeUK mobile network seems to not be allowing the customers to vote today. It was working fine during the semi-finals.

    @ThreeUK I’ve been billed and charged for a service that never worked and after cancelling the contract plus multiple calls with the technical service. Unbelievable and completely unprofessional!
