@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport Same silly answer after 3-5 days. I did called 2 weeks a go . I was a customer for 8 years and never missed a payment. That’s why I give up three when comes about refund you would not keep your promise.

@ThreeUK hi there, I know I’ve asked that a lot in the last 2 weeks but what the hell is happening with Three 5G network ? Or even 4G for that matter ? I’ve tried without success to connect to anything in the high street in Crawley (yes the high street in central Crawley)!!!!
