@ThreeUKSupport hi - I’ve received this text this morning. Usually I’d forward to 7726 but there’s no number for me to copy so I haven’t. I assume this is a scam and have blocked, but am obviously worried incase I start to be billed for a service I have 100% not signed up for.

@ThreeUKSupport It is still down. If my new SIM is not active I suppose the old sim is? And I can just revert? And asking if going in to a store will complete the transaction or if there is still more waiting and debugging?

@ThreeUKSupport Yep, i have spent hours on Live chat, passed from team to team, i was promised an email copy of outgoing calls, but have received nothing. To be honest I am sick of it now. I am a victim of fraud and no one at three is willing to help.

@tovers98 @ThreeUK If they put half the effort into their phone network and customer service, they might be a half decent mobile phone company. Sadly, they are appalling.

@ThreeUKSupport Thank you for your quick reply, we will be in touch, but you have the bank details that you take payment from. Vodafone, BT, EE and others manage it automatically after the final bill, so it is clearly possible. I wonder how many don't notice and never claim the final refund ...

@ThreeUKSupport hi I have bought a new pay monthly phone with three and am switching from a different network. Purchase went through but 3’s security team left a voicemail that they needed to speak to me. The line was bad so didn’t catch the call back number if you have it

@ThreeUKSupport I am aware of this. Which is why i am trying to get this resolved but the customer line is not helpful. I was told £10 and it is more. Do i need to go to the ombudsman instead?
