@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi there, I purchased a Huawei mifi box from your Bangor (NW) store a while back, 2 year contract - was promised 50mbs download, have her (18months later) to have above 1mbs and is normally 0.05 or below, not really worth £24 a month when it doesn't work

@ThreeUK how do you speak with a competent person at Three who won’t throw endless/useless customer services speak at you!? I’ve spent hours & hours, today over 90mins to the apparent Complaints Manager- 90mins, 17mins of their actual time, rest just waiting #badcustomerservice
