@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@nowtvhelp Had issues with the app streaming on Pixel 6a. The video froze (most likely due to @ThreeUKSupport network connection) so went back to restart the playback but it shown the next episode instead...
