@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@StephVincent1 @ThreeUKSupport i got told to phone the customer relations team who still couldn’t give me an explanation as to why my order has been sent back to three but suddenly their systems are slow and they’ll call me back? i’ll believe that when i see it

@ThreeUKSupport ...and I should allow DPD another 24-48 hours to make the delivery. Considering your company is supposed to be experts in the field, communication is very poor. I don't feel I am any closer to understanding what the issue is nor why I am told contradictory advice.

@ThreeUK I'm seriously disappointed with three customer service. I reported a sim stolen last Friday yet its still active & someone is using it. Also not received a replacement sim. Yet u will expect the bill paying next week? Its disgraceful. Had to phone over 3 times now

@ThreeUKSupport SS3 9LT. its kind of odd. couldnt access twitter, could access facebook. couldnt access yahoo mail, could access hotmail. full access on my phone through phone signal, problems using huwaei router on 3.. same signal though?

@ThreeUKSupport 4G is in and out all the time. 3G seems more common, either signal will barely touch 0.5MB, and this is only a recent case, rest of this year has been fine.
