@ThreeUK I lost my SIM card and I would like to get a new one. The problem I wasn’t aware that I need to register my SIM when I ordered it online in 2017. Is it possible to send verification code via the email I used when I ordered my SIM card? Please.

@ThreeUK hi, just hoping someone can help me. I'm trying to cancel a contract that has lapsed and gone over to a standard tariff but I don't have access to the phone to get the code the website sends me. Is there another way of logging in?

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve lost the will to live, with your customer service team, round in circles for months and months, lied too promises broken, bullying sales pitches to resolve a fault, who would renew a faulty service provider that doesn’t care for customers !

3/3 This was after an hour long chat with @ThreeUK customer support where they couldn't find any details of a current contract. Which obviously begs the questions, what am I paying for, why are their debt collection team chasing it and why can't I cancel it? Unimpressed.
