    @ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

    @ThreeUKSupport Can you tell me if it is possible to add airpods onto an existing contract as an accessory? I have terrible anxiety around making phone calls and don't want to put myself through a call to find out it isnt even an option. Thanks.

    @ThreeUK shocking customer service received today from this company! Been a loyal customer 10 years & got the iPhone 12 4 weeks ago, already had a replacement phone as the first one I received was faulty! Received a replacement 2 weeks ago and the same has happened!

    @ThreeUKSupport Again, I am waiting on calls. I have no signal to receive them. Again, no 4G. I've swapped phoned, reset everything I can and still nothing. Will you be reimbursing me? Again, WiFi works, then doesn't, then does. What are my rights regarding cancellation?

    @ThreeUKSupport the problem with your 5G roll out seems to be extremely slow and cause of the ban on Huawei's network equipment. You guys don't have enough money like EE (BT), Vodafone and 02 do. Plus you guys keep taking on new people where the network is over subscribed slow.
