    @ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hello! I was promised in the chat that the bill would be revised to 0 GBP and the issue seemed resolved, however today I received a letter saying that £22 is due by 8th July. Can you assist?

    @ThreeUKSupport Advisor was pleasant. Not sure if complaint was raised but signal was checked and suggested another supplier. Just felt wrong as didn't plan to change supplier.

    @ThreeUKSupport The advisor said she was going to get a pac code for me then ended the call without doing so. I've now got the code after speaking to 3 different advisors. Not a very good service at all

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for replying. And how long will that last? Is there a commitment from Three that there is a minimum period for this change. I don't want to move and then find 6 months later you've changed it again and brought it down again. Any guidance?

    @EE I’m currently using BT apparently unbreakable broadband at home with you apparent 4G backup !!!! It’s absolutely awful hardly any signal and lagging shocking,cannot wait to get back to @SkyUK broadband and stay with my current provider the best network @ThreeUK THANKS !!

    @ThreeUKSupport was told the mobile internet and calls issues would be solved two days ago once I restarted the phone, however I still am getting terrible call signal and no mobile internet. I use my phone for work and business. PR1 4LQ
