    @ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

    @ThreeUK please can you help. I joined three mobile last week. Money has been taken out of my account twice but I’ve yet to receive a confirmation email or notification to pick up my phone as promised on the call by today. Starting to get worried I’ve been duped.

    @ThreeUKSupport @SJocon81 They also claimed on here that we *would* be allowed to continue on old contracts when they expired, and not be forced onto the new ones without Go Roam. It was the reason I put up with the crap coverage in the UK, but email today saying will be forced onto new plan. Hello EE!
