    @ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

    @ThreeUK worst service I’ve ever had from a mobile supplier and I’m not even a customer yet. Applied for a PAYG SIM card 8 days ago and nothing not even an email acknowledgment tried again 3 days ago, guess what SAME AGAIN now looking at another supplier. DISGRACEFUL SRV’CE

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi. Couldn't use phone for several hours Friday morning. Fairly typical. DT4 0BB Signal app always says 'low warning ' Reads -120dBm. Don't profess to know what that means exactly.
