@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUK Update received a SIM card waited 20 hours for it to activate I’m now going to the store to pick up a new SIM card, I can’t believe this is how the treat their customer I’m a OAP I have been told to walk to the shop to collect the SIM card, disgusting service
