@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUK Shocking customer service. Encouraged us to ‘upgrade’ whole families’ contracts early, a few weeks before we went to Europe. No discussion of new roaming charges. Now refusing to reverse contract change.
