@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport @mconnell1993 Hello, it’s changed a bit if you’re on iOS 15, you need to go to settings, general, transfer or reset iPhone at the bottom, select reset again, then select reset network settings. Not trying to be mean, just updating your message for you.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes. Quite a few people in OL4. I know OL4 3JY is having the same issues. Can't make a call without it constantly dropping. Been like that for at least 4 weeks. Sick of being on chat just to get the same lame excuses.
