    @ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

    @ThreeUK 3 is offering an £20 unlimited package but as an existing customer in my app it says £16 sim only same deal for me . So I call them because my old contract is over but they won’t give me the £16 deal they promised. About to lose a long time customer over £4 #shameful

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve managed to sort it now but your cancelling teams didn’t cancel the order and the tried charging me £200 to cancel I say it’s sorted that’s what complaints told me anyway

    @ThreeUKSupport I am considering getting an Apple Watch. I like the idea of a cellular series 6, but Three currently doesn't support it. Is this likely to change any time soon?

    @ThreeUKSupport made a deal with you, my phone never arrived when it was supposed to, the only offer of compensation is wait a month for more stock, pay more, or get a worse phone. Why are we having to compromise when you lied about delivery to get a sale? Disgusted.

    @ThreeUK Absolutely ridiculous I’ve never had an issue with any broadband other than three. Please sort this for me as I do not like being charged extra without my knowledge

    @ThreeUK I’ve had issue with Three for a while now! I’ve been with three for 4 years now. Recently we discovered a phone number has been in use for a year which we don’t recall taking out. The number has no history of being in use. Solve this for me

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, I wanted to change on to the £16 per month unlimited everything deal, but I was told it's not possible, so I need to take out a new contract with @ThreeUK, use my PAC to change to a new network, then change again back to Three. I might as well not bother and go elsewhere!!!
