    @ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have spoken with the online support, which they said that they had turned it off and although it says off it is still restricting me from certain sites

    @ThreeUKSupport spoke to the store manager who when reading our correspondence was very apologetic and promised to get it sorted out and would be our "one point of contact" after all the problems. This seemed to be finally getting somewhere, but since this lockdown started

    @ThreeUKSupport we have 5 sims on three network in my house hold, all same Internet speeds 2.01mbs, clearly something wrong, all devices show 4g+, calls and texts working perfectly, just can't use Internet as to slow to watch films, zoom calls for work, etc.

    @ThreeUKSupport How about you reply to my tweet she has obviously commented under. I have tried to get in contact multiple times. You have ignored the tweets you do not want to deal with. I cant get through on the chat because I am not a three mobile customer. You’d know if you read the thread.

    @ThreeUKSupport Me on a phone 15 months old. Was offered a £50 discount if I upgraded yesterday but why should I when I've been sold a deal phone by your company. Anyway matter how is going to the Ombudsmen, and I will be leaving your service. Pathetic and Heartless service

    @ThreeUKSupport Looonngg running problem over us being over promised when taking on 2 new contracts. We're the process of agreeing reimbursement and compensation. Are you seriously telling me you can't contact staff members within your own company ???

    @ThreeUK I’ve called three spoken to many people about this, nobody helps. So you think you can take my money every month and give me 60 days of half decent service and then bad service afterwards? I don’t think so.

    @ThreeUKSupport According to Twitter support it’s something you can’t do and I need to upgrade my contract from pay as you go to another contract, even though the girls in store said they’d move my pay as you go number onto the contract I’m paying for for a temporary number I don’t use.
