@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

This is the second time @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK have deleted a mobile number of mine - WITH ZERO WARNING - because I haven't topped up. Through the pandemic, where I haven't needed to top my secondary numbers up, this is especially harsh. You are a terrible mobile network.

@kot_hacker @Xbox Yep @ThreeUK cap my "unlimited data" to 100GB. With most providers the penalty for exceeding is higher costs per MB, looks like safcom are only introducing a slow lane, no?

@ThreeUKSupport Help please! I’m in Australia and after calling your helpline on a few occasions and using the online chat, only today I find out that I need to pair the SIM card on the UK network! This is impossible right now. There must be a technical solution available.

@ThreeUKSupport No a block hasn't been added. I'm 3 months into the contract and when I signed up I explained that I am only signing up as you're able to block any additional charges as my grandma is over 90 years old. I wouldn't have joined if you couldn't offer this service and if this was..

@ThreeUKSupport I feel sad that amazon are selling these products and both 3 and amazon have zero regards for their customers. Really disappointed. Been with 3 for approx 10 years and think this is a disgusting trick. I will be moving network. Good riddance to 3
