  @ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

  @ThreeUKSupport you've cancelled my internet from today instead of 24th march as requested and I'm told it will take 72 hours to investigate your error. Meanwhile my daughter can't submit online homework and my wife can't submit uni assignments, no streaming either. Awful service

  @ThreeUK have the worst customer support team. All i want to do is pay them yet I have been talking with them via the app for 45 minutes. surely it can’t be that difficult….
