@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport what part of your company actually works? Can’t help on live chat, get passed through 6 different department, get through to a call centre and they can’t hear you and hang up! 0.26mbps of data and terrible signal! What are you playing at? Utter shambles

@ThreeUKSupport I raised this at the point when I joined my SIM contract & stayed on (repeated) assurances that it was in the process of being repaired. Now after 3 months that's changed to there being no plans to fix. Is an early PAC out to another network possible in this circumstance? Thanks
