    @ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

    @ThreeUKSupport I am trying to add a password onto my account and have been for weeks. No one seems to be able to help or do this. I’ve sent Identification to the email address and they need more. Not sure why this wouldn’t have been put in place when I took the contract out years ago!

    How is @ThreeUK so lacking and behind with the times?!? No smart watch capabilities or visual voicemail about a 100 years after it was introduced on iPhones. Literally just grabbing money and running, no investment back in the service your paying for!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport I may have but it’s been a while since I’ve needed it. There’s been no help in resetting it. But I didn’t need that password when I called to pay today which was confusing when it’s so important.

    @ThreeUKSupport 03333381079 when I refused to give out my details he said something along the lines of you’ll just have to ring back and wait in the queue with everyone else. Not exactly great customer service.
