@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport the signal at LA23 has been really poor all day, intermittently cutting out on my phone but my Three broadband hub literally will only connect for perhaps a minute every hour or so. Any idea when the signal will be fixed?

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK ok so the signal problem is getting worse. The WiFi hub still isn't connecting at all and now my phone is probably only connected about 25% of the time...

@ThreeUK i do not know why your company still exist. The worst experience when it comes to using your pay as you go sim on vacation. Constant no signal in an urban above ground area. Even in a train station there is no signal. I would not tell ppl to use your service

@ThreeUKSupport As soon as i make a call it immediate shuts and beeps 3 times. I can use wifi and make wifi calls on whatsapp and facetime but my network is messed up now ?
