@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport I'm in Canada and my phone is not working, despite roaming being turned on and allowed via my Three account. Your online chat service is unavailable. You are not allowing my phone to call you. Please advise how to make roaming work asap as I need data and calls.

@ThreeUKSupport @rank_bad_yin That’s disappointing to hear. I’m considering moving from EE to Three, but for me, lack of eSIM support is a deal breaker. My iPhone’s physical SIM slot is taken by my work SIM, so my personal plan has got to be on eSIM.

@ThreeUK this is past a joke,I have a iPhone 13 and I get absolutely NO signal anywhere I am,not a thing loads,I’m paying £50 a month for something that is basically unusable,feels like I have gone back to 2012 with how low your speeds are,shocking,never gets resolved either

@ThreeUK I would love to know who introduced a charge for the go roam... £2 a DAY to use the data YOU ALREADY PAID FOR when it used to be FREE... bad form 3... might switch after this contract.
