@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport @danmullen Hello, a quick tip could be that you could have like a 2 Factor authentication process, where by the user would fill in their email address or phone number and password to login, then you would send them a six digit verification code. That’s what Apple does and it’s really good.

@JasperArgyleMAD @ThreeUKSupport Nah this has been going on nearly 18 months. Nothing wrong with my phone... If I stick an EE/Vodaphone/O2 sim out of friends phone. Perfect 4G hitting 30-50mb. I've had several replacement Sims. It's just 3's signal is abysmal these days

@ThreeUKSupport every bloody evening around 5pm your #Homefi service grinds to a halt in NN7 not that it’s fast any other time. I put a friends smartie Sim in my router and it was way quicker & better signal which is strange as it uses the 3 network. Sick of your **** service.

@ThreeUK @O2 @VodafoneUK No signal in CV32 6NT from ANY network!! Please sort this problem out, I can’t make a phone call on my mobile let alone get any internet. Really poor service from ALL networks. I am with Three but will move to another network if this problem is sorted
