@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport If I stand right up on top of a high hill I can get 4g but it's so slow and unreliable it's not worth using and I use a one plus 7t and am finding the data in the area isn't as good as it was but I'm paying the same as everyone else who has 4g or 5g and am not getting it

@ThreeUKSupport Further to this. The problem is only 5G in that area. If I disable 5G the phone reverts to 3G and the issue is no more

@leah_f7 @ThreeUKSupport Same way I got locked out and I'd contacted support services but they wouldn't help me.. then I got referred to @agent_russ001 On Instagram they helped me recovered my account.. you need to see how fast and reliable

Hey @ThreeUKSupport - I need some help, can I speak to someone to make a complaint about your customer service? I've been cancelling my contract repeatedly for the last 9 months - you've cost me hundreds of pounds for a service I don't want/need/use!
