@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport On the 26th November. I’ve submitted an official complaint and they said call - I do not wish to call as clearly what you say on the phone cannot be trusted. Please can you ask the complaints team to respond in writing or escalate to senior management

@ThreeUKSupport Everything was done to the letter. I've had the acknowledgment it was returned in order. Been on to support and they assure me to ignore text but a bad credit record can be as debilitating as a criminal record.

@ThreeUKSupport Returned a modem within the 14 day grace period and today received a text threatening my credit file over a false outstanding bill. Sort you systems out!! This is unacceptable. Anyone else have this problem?
