@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

AWFUL that @ThreeUK sent me a letter two weeks ago saying "welcome to your new plan!" and when i got a notification today that i was almost out of data told me "welp, it doesn't kick in until the 19th of december". you've really ****** me, Three.

The fact that the issues with the @O2 app have been ongoing now for 2 days+ with no sign of it being fixed is shocking. I've had 2 bills taken but no one is able to explain why. Absolutely shocking service. Once my contract is up I'm leaving O2 and moving to @ThreeUK!

@ThreeUKSupport No none at all, they simply told me to call back tomorrow, not the support I expect but it's what I've come to accept from 3of late, my deal is out of date, too expensive and mismatched to deals available today.
