@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

I wonder when will @ThreeUK / @SMARTYMobileUK start complying with UK General Condition C6 ?.. Three calls in the last 30 mins from an Amazon scammer in India using spoofed numbers in the O2 range that aren't active on the network. Do better (not just you, the whole* industry)

@Mxnny691 @ThreeUKSupport So yours is stuck at Stoke. Mine is stuck at Hinckley on its way to Stoke #DPD No doubt if it finally gets to Stoke it will sit there for another few days due to an “unexpected issue”

Hey @ThreeUKSupport, I got a prepaid sim from you guys for my vacation in UK, but it doesn't work all the time... Despite my phone displaying me 4G, I can barely use mobile data. Is this a issue on your side or mine?
