@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@Matthew_Wright @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK You should, but when we tried this with Vodaphone, who are awful, I couldn’t receive calls for 3 months and then my number somehow got given to a PAYG, so I received all their calls. Quite an education were those calls! Nightmare for our business.

@ThreeUK For anyone thinking of moving to Three don't bother. There is no way to contact them by phone and their app is useless. I'm registered on their app and cannot access my account as it says the password is incorrect. Requested a reset link which never arrives.

@ThreeUKSupport Name may be different but you offer insurance which she had on her contract prior to upgrade, damage or full cover. She is wanting to insure it with you but due to website fault wasn’t able to select the option when ordering her upgrade.

@ThreeUK called you 3 times yesterday and was told my 3 different advisors that my phone would be delivered between 8-6pm..sat all day nothing! Rang today.. oh sorry technical issue the phone was never ordered for you it’s now out of stock you have to wait another week! #shocking
