@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport @craigdrum To talk over me once again,so I still wasn't able to explain how I'd been hacked & my number tied to a server in the US & the VPN I use PIA had been hit too bc it wasn't encrypting my data at rest nor in transit, I was eventually asked to leave the store bc you so called support/

@ThreeUKSupport (A) I turned off my phone when I travelled abroad and I only turned it back on to retrieve information. I never called anyone, sent a text or used my email, but within a space of 4 days I was charged £18 for Roaming Charges. On the 5th day I removed my sim.

@ThreeUKSupport Your website won't let me login. I have ordered a new SIM using the form and reported the crime to the Met, but I really need to speak to someone about next steps/data breach/possible upgrade etc. Is there a number I can call please? The menu just goes around in circles.

@ThreeUK I want to complain about a chat where I was threatened with being passed to a “Debt Collection Agency “ and affecting my Credit Score! Do you have a email address/complaint process? Why does Three not send out monthly renewal contracts like Lebara?
