@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUKSupport Still waiting for an answer to the above Question! This is not a "woopsie" moment - "No Signal" means "ZERO SIGNAL" which means "Oh dear I just accidentally sliced my finger off and can't get through to the emergency services!" - Would be really nice to know why!

@ThreeUKSupport @adriannorris It's your network that's the problem not his phone just like 11 million other three customers that cannot get the service they paid for, what is the issue are you and Vodafone turn duplicate masts ofc now you are merged?
