    @ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

    @ThreeUK why does no one at THREE know about ESims?? I am shocked at the trouble I am having trying to get a QRcode. I’ve been told that you don’t do Esim. I’ve been told you do Esim but you have no customers using it so they don’t know what to do!!😡

    @ThreeUK and quite conveniently, the lengthy message I put on a Facebook post of yours has been deleted. Every time I try to make a complaint via the phone I’m put through to someone in finance and it isn’t fair to complain to them

    @ThreeUKSupport worst customer service ever. My phone was stolen over a week ago getting a replacement is impossible! My order has been cancelled twice for no reason and no notice. I’ve wasted hours on the chat being passed from team to team and disconnected from the helpline!?

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Maxine. Thanks for your reply. Cache cleared. Link used. Login said number and password do not match. Requested reset. Clicked email link. Entered new password. Website returned my3auth.text.generic.error exactly the same as before. So still not resolved unfortunately.
