@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

How **** a network is @ThreeUK when at home in Scunthorpe I struggle to get any signal and at work the Internet doesn't work full stop. Come to Italy and I had full signal and 4G at THE TOP of Mount Vesuvius!!

@ThreeUKSupport It’s an Apple function that is no longer done due to being banned. But it is Threes network the phone is locked to. Three are preventing me from using the phone on another network and making sure I am locked in.

.@threeuksupport weird to say it’s a sad day, but after 10 years with @threeuk i’m having to leave as i get no signal anywhere i spend regular time, and hasn’t been fixed in the 3 years i’ve had the issues. also dropping free go roam and european charges didn’t help. farewell 3

@UswitchUK Sent them a cancellation notice by post after quickly discovering 4g signal was pants. (yeah, I know. By post. It’s their policy.). They denied receiving it. Refused to cancel contract without penalty, @ThreeUKSupport - yes, that’s you.
