@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUK has issued me with a bank giro credit of £16.28 but can’t tell me why. All I keep being told is I’ve been issued with it so I can use it. Which is nice a little extra money never hurt anyone. But why have I been given this?

@llabnala_ @ThreeUK Well I have been with them since they came to the UK. They could come close to price matching ID ( who use the 3 network ) on the price. Like I said almost half. So I said sorry I'm off then. And that was for 30 gig and on the new contract I have unlimited everything.

@ThreeUK could you kindly provide me with an update as to why it’s now been nearly 3 wks that I still have no network at my home address please? I was called earlier this week but only to be told it was being looked into and nothing further, so not very helpful! Thank you
