@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@JheySL2 @paulcrawford82 @ThreeUKSupport If the SIM card in a phone is having no problem receiving 5g and the last check when sim in my iPhone was 700mb and 30 up. Sim back in the router it’s unusable out of the blue multiple restarts. Even reset the router

@ThreeUKSupport Can’t access 5G since this work was carried out I’ve cancelled my 4G Boadband after 3yrs it was extremely bad and I just kept getting fobbed off got fed up and cancelled

@JheySL2 @paulcrawford82 @ThreeUKSupport I’m having this issue too it just randomly started this morning. Varying in signal strength, then drops, connects to 4g cycles back and forth between 4 and 5G drops and goes in the same circle. Speed is like 4mb. Was 500 yesterday. Sim in a phone works fine!

@ThreeUKSupport (1/2) Can you help please, Ive called up & the answer to me doesn't seem correct. My 5g broadband has had issues since Saturday, very slow, logged onto router and it isn't connecting to 5G signal, 3g only. My Three 5G signal on mobile is fine & works like usual

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, I do and its less than 30 days. I ported my mum's Vodafone number to Three (lack of concentration). I now want to cancel that and port my number across, but also make sure I can transfer my mum's mobile number to another provider.
