    @ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

    Why is it acceptable to put the responsibility on a customer to correct an error made on their part? @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport keep repeating the same statement like I can’t comprehend what they’re trying to tell me about why they couldn’t grant access to my account.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport You keep apologising for my inconvenience like it means something to me. It doesn’t. It doesn’t change the fact you’ve wasted my time. It doesn’t change the fact that I’ve been inconvenienced and none of the issues have been resolved.

    @ThreeUKSupport yet again no internet connection at LE93AL been poor for last few weeks, no it's gone off altogether. Website says no faults reported. This is not good enough. Please get this sorted.

    @ThreeUKSupport So no, I will NOT be expending any more energy in contacting whatever department you want to fob me off to now. You can put in some effort and decency and actually try and resolve this issue by contacting me.
