@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport OK that clears it up, thanks. I thought I would be able to reconnect to the same agent. Please fix your system to allow this as I would prefer to deal with one agent. I had to turn off my phone to get the SIM card number.

@ThreeUKSupport The error message received is one which means it can't find WiFi connection. (I spoke to my IT support) but obviously there is WiFi in the house as I am using it right now.

@ThreeUK @samaritans Howabout listening to your customers for a change. 1. THERE IS NO SERVICE ,EVERYTHING IS DOWN 2. Your 4G Mobile Internet is crap... can even get over 6mbs during the day
