@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUK Well I’m flabbergasted at the way you have dealt with my complaint. You end up telling me to go to the ombudsman to sort it!!! The recycle team won’t pay my traded money, you won’t pay it. So who will. What a way to treat a loyal customer

@ThreeUKSupport 5G home broadband stopped working around 5pm today. Checked network status and it says no issue in area (GU271JF) but we're getting 100% packet loss. Any suggestion on how long the outage will be? Thanks 👍

@ThreeUKSupport I ordered a SIM card and it was supposed to arrive today. It’s unfortunately not arrived and I desperately need it for work. I’ll be in London Brixton tomorrow - is there a way to pick up a SIM from the store there instead? Please let me know. Would be a big help

Honestly **** @ThreeUK and their **** box internet. Can’t even unwind after a shift because streaming a show is impossible with their mobile broadband. Useless.
