@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport Is there something happening in the BN16 4DE area yet again? Internet is slower than BT (about 6mbps) when usually it is over 50. Only 1 or 2 indicator lights on router. Service has been so bad recently!

@ThreeUKSupport Been promising for phones for 2+ years now… support promised me I’d be enrolled in a trial last week… (transcript from chat as proof) guess what… nothing… another failed promise. Can’t wait for my contract to end so I can leave this backwards network

@ThreeUKSupport Why is your customer service so terrible? Last year I spoke to about 6 advisors all giving different answers, utterly clueless. The past 13 days on live chat with numerous advisors promising me my problem would be resolved in 24 hours. Still not resolved.

@ThreeUKSupport The complaint was raised about five days ago they Sent me a text saying that it was resolved. Even though it wasn’t resolved I just don’t particularly wanna talk to anybody because it’s the same lies and excuses
