@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

So frustrated with the lack of signal in my home @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK are hardly any help and I’m remote learning at the moment so WiFi is a must and we cannot get it !!!

@ThreeUKSupport Just spoke to the amazing Alison (from Glasgow) in the Social Media Customer Service team who hopefully has resolved all the issues that normal Customer Services failed at ... repeatedly ... since 22/11/20. Now know which team to contact first should there be a next time!
