    @ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

    @ThreeUKSupport No. They didn't. I sent the Agent complete chat log of Sunday. She was having problems with Computer. Then I requested to speak to customer relations department to make complaint about not hearing from relevant department. (1/2)

    @EE Pretty much anywhere in Oxfordshire outside of Oxford and Thame, all the way between Stokenchurch and high Wycombe (A40), parts of the M40 into bucks. Must have lost signal 5 times yesterday in a 10 minute conv Used to have 4 bar signal indoors with @ThreeUK yours is 1 bar 😠

    @ThreeUKSupport Answer the phone but it's total silent for about 20 seconds then will sometimes answer. But 9/10 i have to hang up and call back.

    @stevelitchfield @ThreeUK Don’t try cancelling your contract if you can’t get a signal though, they’ll penalise you and then screw your credit score

    @ThreeUKSupport We can just about get 4g. We use your mobile broadband and its very slow at the moment was fine before the issue

    Yes, @ThreeUK, it IS misleading to send customers a message saying that their final bill would be £0 and then charge them 3 more times after that, then claiming only one of those is the final bill, even though NONE was £0, despite what you made your customer service lady tell me.
