    @ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s taken 45 minutes and I was then cut off the chat speaking to someone from billing. I’ve been with Three for years and I’m so disappointed by the level of service. Honestly just going in circles of being thanked and asking the issue when all I wanted was the PAC.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes. This has happened since Wednesday since there was an apparent issue in the area. I have reset the network settings on the phone as advised yesterday too. The phone was purchased from 3 shop last January.

    @ThreeUKSupport My warning message didn't come thru until it was too late. I was only advised to come back to the UK and resume service. Nothing else. When I asked to be transferred to a manager I was told they could not do that since the customer service rep was working

    For your own sanity, do not ever use @ThreeUK . By far the worst customer journey I have ever been through

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ll try it back on 3G connection. It makes sense if there’s issues on the local mast with smarty also affected.

    @StryderScreams @ThreeUK This is way beyond some random network problems. There never was and never is any kind of mobile internet from them around Euston/Kings Cross area. Zero. And yet, no-one is tall enough to stand up to them. Well, one day.
