@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@iamVilla @ThreeUK Add talk'talk to that!! Genuinely had 6month long stand off with them for refusing to pay my bill n early disconnection fee. I won n got compo!! Fight them!! If your broadband cuts out/bad service ect you can get compo from them

@ThreeUKSupport Well it’s certainly not RPI is it ? as far as i can tell @ONS suggests only 1.2% increase to December 2020 ; CPI was 0.6% ... so can you help me as to why it is 4.5% ? And why not make it more prominent on your website ... couldn’t see it at all on @UswitchUK website ...
