@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@suzanne2608 @ThreeUK @tescomobile I ran a poll on Facebook and although none of my friends on Three received the alert, I have friends on other networks who also didn't receive it, even if people on the same network in the same area did. Theres no obvious pattern as to who did and didn't get it.

HUH, on a Pixel 7, with Emergency Alerts activated, and yet... Nothing. No vibrations and no sound, not even a notification. @ThreeUKSupport @GOVUK Will this be fixed in the future? #emergencyalert

@MileEndComments @ThreeUK The 3 network has been in decline for years, this is a new low. Definitely time to move on to better networks. Due to rubbish 4G data on 3 (1Kb/s, London postcode) I've had to dual SIM with Sky/O2 (50Mb/s 4G same phone, same location) so I'll be switching once my 3 contract ends.
