@ThreeUKSupport This isn't an accessibility issue - your live chat are just lying and replying with platitudes and refusing to answer questions. How hard can it be to reinstate someone's account that you suspended in a major error?

@ThreeUKSupport Oh, its with the security team, they have no idea when it will be done but asking the chat team won't help apparently. So everything I was told yesterday was rubbish. And they tried to close the chat. This is atrocious.

@ThreeUKSupport If you state my account will be reinstated within 24 hours, it should be reinstated within 24 hours. 24 hours is up. Now they're 'checking with the team' again... this is truly disgusting service. I will develop a proper complaint but right now I need my phone!

Absolute day ruined. Waste of time going to the store, and she actually made it worse by pushing it in further. The telephone customer services team insisted the local store would have the tools to help but that isn’t the case @ThreeUK

@ThreeUKSupport Signal is still very poor. I am lucky if I get 1-2 bars of signal and it's on H+.

@ThreeUK Hi.I am already on a home broadband plan that's due to end shortly.I want to renew but the SIM only plans seem a lot cheaper than home broadband. If I keep existing router, cancel my current plan, can I then just buy a new sim only for24months instead put that in router?
