@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport Just have and they aren’t doing anything!! They have said there is nothing they can do and a new account would not be offered an unlimited plan! Then they offered to have US pay for emergency credit!!! OMG!! You are nothing but thieves. I am going to shout this from the rooftop

@ThreeUKSupport it’s been several days now - we still cannot make or receive calls on our mobiles in SW1V 1QJ. This is terrible service. No sign of the issue being resolved - you’re not making any attempt to contact us to keep us updated. What is going on?

@ThreeUKSupport I've had huge problems over the last week. All I wanted was to change to sim only and keep my number. Many things have happened including my contract becoming pay as you go totally unnecessarily and now my sim card has stopped working. Please contact me ASAP!!

@ThreeUKSupport Going on a cruise shortly. Is there a setting that will allow roaming, apart from maritime, so that while the ship is close to the coast I can use that country’s network, but not get stung for maritime charges?
