@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUK Absolutely disgraceful service from three. The signal wasnt very good on the router so we cancelled. Three times now we've asked for the pre paid package to send the router back, now you're threatening a pensioner with charges. What the heck is going on? 😡

I've been part of @ThreeUK since they launched many years ago and still you can't even fix your signal every call is like talking to broken record. "Hello can you hear me? Hello? Hello say that again ". Sort it out otherwise I'm switching to EE lol

@ThreeUKSupport I have done this without any joy. Two other sims are shown on the bills and work fine . Customer service can only help with numbers on the bill. Took sims to store n no joy either

Looks like @ThreeUK 5G in central is no more. Remember kids - If it's 5G, it's not in Three. Ps. @ThreeUKSupport it's been 1.5 years since you told me to wait for my complaint resolution, haven't heard from you. [ cc @Ofcom ]
