@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUK I didn’t get an alert but then I have terrible coverage at the best of times, worse in my own home with 2 or even 1 bar! Wish I hadn’t switched last year …..

@ThreeUK Like many others I did not receive an #EmergencyAlerts and my contract is with @ThreeUK . Please can you explain why customers didn't receive the Alert but going forward are we going to get an #emergencyalert once the issue has been resolved, for our reassure??? Thanks
