@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

So not only have @ThreeUK not contacted me after weeks of saying they would, they have now charged me £79 for my phone contract which is normally £16, during a pandemic. While I've only been using WiFi. I am absolutely infuriated. What a way to treat a loyal customer huh.

@ThreeUKSupport Nope!! It’s still not possible to call the number! ‘Vivek’ was pretty useless!!! Walking half an hour in torrential rain was the only answer for me which is quite a sad reality for your help centre.

@ThreeUKSupport Yep! I always have extremely slow Internet, but its not just down here, it's where ever I go:( really frustrating and I'm definitely going to be changing provider at the end of my contract because of it
