@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport The fact you are so “kindly” offering to move me to a plan in the letter for £18 ! a month when you can get the exact same plan from you for £16 is insulting aswell ! Is this how you treat long time customers ?! Shut there accounts or force more money out of them to stay !

@ThreeUK I have been a Three customer since 2005 on contract phones,paying them some £5,000 plus I have now been offered £5 off a new monthly contract for being such a loyal customer🤬🤬🤬 W.T.F so much for loyalty

@ThreeUKSupport was told my new phone would be delivered yesterday and nothing arrived. Was then told by customer support I would know my 1 hour slot by 11am today. Still to receive this. Can you let me know when this will actually turn up. As this is not next day as promised
