@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@jamesoflynn @ThreeUKSupport Thanks. Seems strange Three can't just change the new three number to mums old three number considering its their network. Things are never easy. Poor mother new phone now and can't use due to Sim issues. Will let hubby try and sort it later!

@ThreeUKSupport Did what you said 'don't pick any options' it went around the options twice then said 'sorry we're having problems with your request please try again later' it's done that 3 times in a row, why don't you just have an option number to speak to someone.
