    @ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

    @ThreeUKSupport No, just your process doesn’t work and keeps locking me out, it jumps between app and website never linking up, it is a joke. So when the shops reopen I’m off, find a company that has a customer friendly website and app.

    @Paul68958640 @ThreeUK Not really what I was getting at. Three's default response is that I should route my calls over the internet, rather than its own flakey network. I may as well just use WhatsApp.

    Me: My mobile reception is poor when I'm indoors. @ThreeUK: Maybe it's just one particular location? Me: No, I've tried it from six, different parts of London. Three: Maybe it's your device? Me: Replaced that several times, so no. Maybe your network is just a bit rubbish?
