@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport Screen record video of the issue. Issue 5. Paying for a device pairing add on that does not work. Issue 6 factory resetting devices 6 times as per advisors advice after explaining the issue is 3 side. Issue 7 three app not showing me any of my allowance data. 2/

@ThreeUK I have had no end but issue since joining you last Thursday. Even trying to create a contract was hell. I am now trying to speak to an advisor within your operating hours and receiving the message the lines are closed. I’m about to explode! Please contact me!!!

@ee putting prices up by 14% so as I was on a sim only monthly contract so moved to @ThreeUK. Maybe if you don't put prices up above inflation, I would have stayed. 4 years I was a customer.
