    @ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

    @ThreeUKSupport if anyone can do anything today cancel your sim only possibly the worst customer service around and just want more money from you. Customer for over ten years to be treated like dirt I’ll be moving over to another provider today

    Just joined @EE and separated from @ThreeUK after 10 years. I have to say, my initial experience with @EE is frustrating and woeful. Simply no way of getting hold of customer service. Waited for 26 minutes only for the call to drop. Absolutely appalling! 😡😠 Not a good start!
