@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@Trinniej @ThreeUK It's a minimum period. You know you have to give 30 days notice. You didn't give the notice, therefore you pay the same amount until you do. What's your problem?

I’ve had the worlds worst migraine, I’m now needing to head to hospital to get seen by a doctor and have zero signal on my phone and zero way to contact anybody when I live my house because of @ThreeUK. What a shocking service😡

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve spoken to your agents 3 times on live chat and followed everything they’ve advised, tried changing network, 4g & 3G and reset all phone and it does not work. There are 4 different phones out here with 3 and not one can get data!

I’ve never been so upset with @ThreeUK in my life. Phone them to discuss a signal concern. Explain what I do for work and that I need to have my phone to contact others. They suggest sending out a new sim but reassure that they won’t cut off this one until it arrives...
