    @ThreeUKSupport There is clearly a massive difference. I ordered a midnight 128GB. Was told delivery is around the 25th but at the time as a new customer I could get it next day.. now its a few days. Can you call me to discuss this

  • clydey1 Deb Corry (@clydey1) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport Morning this is Debbie. You are still refusing to help me. You won't switch my phone back on. I can't have this conversation again. I seem to be talking to advisors have no understanding of the rules laid out to you of how to treat self employed who were given no help in covid

  • SteveVanDang Steve (@SteveVanDang) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport Damn it, I should have ordered it when I saw it, was like 200mb data on it or something, c'est la vie. Okies I'll order one now and see how I go. :)

  • dmcguire29 david mcguire (@dmcguire29) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport Ok- called 333 a few times and not helpful at all!! Not with this issue or my other issue

  • sarah_fone MrsFone (@sarah_fone) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport What should have been a simple process of moving across from Sky to you has been a nightmare. I have been on live chat since 8.17 this morning. After 2 1/2 hours of promises to fix the issue I called you and have been fobbed off again

  • sarah_fone MrsFone (@sarah_fone) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport The new SIM card still has the number it was issued with. I have been told I now need a pac code for the PAYG sim which has my number but I’ve never had this number on PAYG.

  • sarah_fone MrsFone (@sarah_fone) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport Any ideas to help

  • adsaffer Aaron Saffer (@adsaffer) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport So I have been sent round in circles by your support, all of them are simply reading to me what I can see on the website. Why is there no one from 3 who can actually confirm the issue and what is being done to resolve it?

  • SteveVanDang Steve (@SteveVanDang) reported

    Hey @ThreeUK do you guys still do the SIM which includes a small amount of data for coverage testing ? I've just left @O2 for my main contract, now I have my 2g car tracker and a pay as you go emergency brick to move.
