    @Telegraph I can go in to my local supermarket, and that's the end of mobile phone access, despite a base station nearby. Many beaches have no mobile signal, and network congested so no access if there are events. UK mobile network is garbage. @ThreeUK RIPPED OFF PAYG from 3p/m to 35p/m.

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK I switched to giffgaff before left and just use payg without monthly plan, never had a problem since. maybe try order a new sim via ukpostbox then forward to your current address, that might help.

    @ThreeUKSupport is there an issue in swanage? For the last year or so? I used to have excellent signal here at home and now Iā€™m lucky if I get 1 bar. Horrendous

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK bro I had the EXACT same thing happen to me with my Swiss provider, I call em up and they tell me "we don't have you as a customer in the system"

    @ThreeUK have refused to cancel my broadband and told me I need to go 17 miles to nearest store to sort. Had to file complaint as unable to do so. Terrible customer service.

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK When was it cancelled? You get 30 days period after the termination to get a pac code to transfer to different network.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi good morning. I have a PAYG Sim Only deal with you and my balance is currently over Ā£100. Have I set it up wrong as I only really use it for radio work. Are you able to help?
