@ThreeUKSupport Yes, but it just seems to drop signal a lot in other places. I’ve never before had a network which required me to manually change my mobile data to 3G to get it to function. It’s crazy and very frustrating

doesn't listen to the words I speak and is robotically stuck in his script, his "solution" is setup a new email account somewhere that will be validated by the @ThreeUK system. Except I have no idea what is valid as they don't accept valid domains ALREADY.

@ThreeUKSupport hi Pete, I just tried to query this same thing via the live chat, it seemed to open two diff pages ... so I closed down the chat and reverted to this. I wasn't using the online store at all. I am just concerned about my no. and a/c now.
