@ThreeUKSupport I haven’t been able to get signal from a central London location since joining Three. I checked the network status and see there is a fault in my area. How can I find out when the fault will be fixed?

@iD_Mobile_UK @threeuk I've been without wifi and signal since 9am. Since I don't imagine you compensating a days pay that I have lost, at the very least refund a days worth of mobile and wifi. It's actually farcical that it's been down this long.

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks makes sense - problem was last time i tried this abroad - i turned on my mobile data and before i could click on the link to activate the data passport my phone had spent £50 quid on data to download a few whatsapp/emails sent to me while i was on the flight 🫣

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, but apparently DPD tried to deliver my parcel this afternoon but missed us. I do t know how when I had my parents there waiting for it. DPD is bloody awful. I expect he’ll go to the same wrong address tmw as well. I’d rather pick it up at the depot.

@ThreeUK I hate you. Why did you charge me £250.74 for a number I only had for 1 week. When I asked your support team about this they told me to ignore the bill. Because it was clearly a mistake. But nope. You still took it. It’s insane. Give me back my money.

@ThreeUKSupport I canceled my contract which was due to end on 11/23, three failed to cancel the contract and continued to bill me. I found out when they sent me an email. I contacted them and they are refusing to refund the money they have continued to take from my account.
