    @Drone693 @FeyiCarter @ThreeUKSupport If a bill produced, the payment is going to be requested regardless of what they say. You'd need to cancel your DD. A refund will take 3-5 working days only if account wasn't supposed to have a payment taken and can only be requested once your bank confirms successful payment.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Almost three months trying to upgrade with Three. Still no phone. Long time loyal customer. Customer service representatives lied time and time again. Can not understand how Three allows this to happen. Surely customers can expect more? Will be looking elsewhere.

    @ThreeUKSupport customer service promised I would receive my new phone today and that 250 devices have been sent out for delivery today. But they do not have any tracking number for me?????? What is going on please?

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi mark, yes I have and I was put on hold for over 15 mins and then he didn’t have a clue on what to do and put me on hold yet again for a further 10 mins. Service is terrible and no one wants to help! @ThreeUKSupport
