@ThreeUKSupport 2/2 My complaint is that I have been a happy customer for 12 years now, and only moved away because there is no available service at my new address. I feel like I was misled into requesting this code and has left me with a really sour experience.

@ThreeUKSupport why is it impossible to get any sort of signal in TN316HB on your service when I can with EE ? You supply an appalling service.

@ThreeUKSupport If there's no network issues then fair enough. Possibly snow causing chaos recently.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Is anyone able to help me with opening a complaint? I was under the impression I had cancelled my rolling monthly contract back In November as i do not have signal at my home address and issued this online to now find it has not been cancelled.

@ThreeUKSupport 1/2 Hi Charley, Thanks for confirming this. Unfortunately, I had no access to phone service at my address so never saw the text message about this (hence why I'm just becoming aware now).

@ThreeUKSupport ok this is getting ridiculous now. Over a week 4g has been absolutely crap. Even with full bars, Internet just does not work. Not impressed.

@ThreeUKSupport I wish to cancel the new contract. It should never have been completed when the number provided was clearly with Three
