    Why is it so difficult to call @ThreeUKSupport ? The 0800 358 8460 on your site does not work, and live chat 'help' don't want to provide one for me to call and to speak to someone about placing an order.

    @ThreeUKSupport is there an issue with your systems? got a text message saying I'm close to spending limit (I shouldn't be) tried to log in to check, it said the password wasn't right (but it definitely was!) I tried to reset it but reset page gives 'my3auth.text.generic.error'?

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport what an absolute joke of a company sisters tried phoning on phone for over 35 minutes first time and was constantly on hold and then second time the fella puts phone down when trying to explain situation

    I've escalated with @ThreeUK phone support so many times, and now to find out this is actually blocking me from getting a flat. I'm literally going to be sick right now.

    @ThreeUKSupport It was an upgrade that I requested due to a broken phone. The signal with Three is so bad so they offered me £50 off the early upgrade fee and the person on chat offered me a deal for the iPhone 12 pro Max, 256gb for £68 a month and no upfront cost which wasn’t written in notes!
