    @ThreeUK no 5g for nearly 2 wks in our area, despite living 20m from a mast. Whole area affected, but you continue to deny there is a problem. It is now impossuble to WFH as the service is so poor, and £4.60 compensation. Lost the will to live with your terrible customer service

    @ThreeUK Phone stolen and had a new SIM that I can't activate, because I need an OTP sent to the number to login to MyThree account! Poor user experience. How can you guys not have figured this out?

    I ask @ThreeUK about failing over to @VodafoneUK as they advertise and they said it will take years for this to happen. They advised me to get a PAC and go to another supplier. @Ofcom are three obliged to fix faults of their own network?

    Breaking News @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK @SMARTYMobileUK Currently there is a scam going on for upgrading your account to 5G because of signal issues! These 3 companies of HUTCHINSON 3G don’t care about its customers in fact they have sold their database with every ones numbers on
