    @ThreeUK absolutely disgraceful service, cancelled order due to fraud, despite everything the same as my last order! Now I have to wait 3 months! Complaint department can't actually answer questions or doesnt resolve anything! Disgusting service

    @ThreeUKSupport is there a problem with your site. Tried a couple of different browsers. Trying to order a free sim but it just logs me out when I try and checkout.

    @panks_79 @ThreeUKSupport My current phone is broken, but you've saved me. There was a separate section of the Three website for pay-as-you-go 🙈 Which is weird, because I've had to go through an entire different page to buy the same phone I was trying to buy anyway haha Thanks Craig!

    @ThreeUK no 5g for nearly 2 wks in our area, despite living 20m from a mast. Whole area affected, but you continue to deny there is a problem. It is now impossuble to WFH as the service is so poor, and £4.60 compensation. Lost the will to live with your terrible customer service

    It’s a shocking reflection on @ThreeUKSupport but your customer service is absolutely useless they don’t understand a work you say to them. A poor second after totally useless.
