@ThreeUKSupport what's happening with 5g broadband in Tooting? It's been terrible inthe past few weeks and today its unusable. Status page says you're working on a mast nearby but that's been going on for weeks. Will have to cancel if there's no improvement soon

What is going on with your network? I'm barely getting one bar of signal and my Internet keeps dropping never had any issues prior hell even 5g was working fine I'm in NE29 8NU can you explain yourself? @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport

@ThreeUKSupport Not a lot of options left for me as customer complaints didnt bother reading notes before contacting me and avoided answering my questions - so after 14 yrs of being a Three customer I feel let down and kicked to side and ignored! #poorcustomerservice

@ThreeUKSupport Are you sure it’s an upgrade, that is actively being worked on, or is it broken - and nobody has gone to fix it over Easter? Because prior to Wednesday we were getting 5G speeds and now we are getting nothing. Doesn’t feel like an upgrade at all.
