    @ThreeUKSupport hi, when I try to login to my account it won’t accept my password, tried to reset it, it won’t. Managed to log into my account on website by being connected through data, but page isn’t loading properly and I can’t see my bills.

    The service provided by @ThreeUK is absolutely appalling. I bought a phone over 5 weeks ago and they STILL haven't changed my number over. In an attempt to rectify this I have been in store twice, on chat app twice and filed a complaint and they STILL haven't fixed it. Disgrace

    @tashacaitlyn @ThreeUK Hahah BABE. Only because I bought my phone outright in cash from Hong Kong so I am literally only paying for data! Most people’s are probably £25-£40 here I guess. I always buy the phone now so I don’t have to **** around with plans I can’t get out of.

    Ordered a new phone from your website over 3 weeks ago! Just been told today it’s with dpd and they’re telling me they’ve never received the parcel. @ThreeUK your online customer service is a shambles. Hour waits to be cut off more than once! DM me ASAP!!

    @ThreeUK Please can this issue be resolved as this I have been on the phone with @ThreeUK and no one is providing me with a document stating that my order was made during the promotional time period. @SamsungMobile is withholding my watch because they believe I'm lying!
