    @ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

    .@ThreeUK @maxine_woodward has been with the network literally a day and this massive issue happens. To have random people calling you on repeat for hours and then just hanging up and then to call her and some random person answer.. it’s crazy! Awful for a new customer

    @ThreeUKSupport Also having call issues. But also getting calls from various random numbers saying they have had a call from my number. I have had call from 3 different numbers now!!

    .@ThreeUK your latency in connecting a call is absolutely unacceptable. It can take up to like 10 seconds when other providers take instantly and it isn't even a conjested area. Please fix this because it is becoming incredibly inconvenient. 1/2

    @ThreeUKSupport @melissashola_ Same thing has happened to me! Although I had 5 calls from numbers I don't know including a medical centre in the space of a minute. When I called them back they said they didn't call me! Wtf!

    @ThreeUK Is there a major outage at the moment? I’m unable to accept incoming calls. Callers are either redirected to voicemail or receive an ‘unable to connect your call’ message. @ThreeUKSupport
