@katebevan @ThreeUK Nothing via O2 (no data), nor on 2nd SIM via MVNO Not in a great signal area, but supposedly OK (shows two or three bars) 4G Android up to date and it's set to receive emergency alerts. As a one-way broadcast signal, I hope they are doing some statistical surveys on coverage. :-(

@ThreeUK I have been having problems with all sorts of notifications coming through since before Christmas. I imagine this is the same problem. You know about it and have done absolutely done nothing about it. When I have complained you have ignored it. Others had similar non-response.

@ThreeUK Why am I not surprised can’t make a phone call without signal dropping, let alone this!

@ThreeUK I didn’t receive the alert. Doesn’t give me much confidence if there was a real emergency.

@ThreeUK FFS. The absolute state of the stupidity of a large part of your customer base. I'm sorry you have to deal with these people.

@ThreeUK My housemate and I are both on Three, were sitting at the table with our phones but not using them. Same signal strength, both on Android. She got an alert, I didn't.

@Mildertduck @ThreeUK This cannot be true. The vast majority of the time peoples phones are connected to wifi. Everyone in their houses, everyone in a workplace. Three have already said it’s their issue too.

@ThreeUK Lads. Serious question. Is this grounds for your customers to be able to get rid of your appalling network coverage and non existent customer service?
