@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport I can’t use 4g for some reason, I turn mobile data on and get the 4g symbol but it doesn’t connect to the internet. My bills are all up to date, and the network coverage is fine with no issues. Please help

What's up with your services in the B38 area @virginmedia @ThreeUKSupport my wifi is so weak and slow. But when I switch to my mobile data instead with my new 5g phone, my reception is awful. No one understands me and the mobile data is so slow, I thought I'm back on dial up 🙄
