@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport I do want to lodge a complaint that my SIM replacement was delayed and I am essentially barred from using my phone because of your company delaying sending my SIM. I am incredible displeased with the service.
