    @ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

    @ThreeUKSupport I had a pay as you go sim with Three and I moved to a monthly contract with Three nearly 6 weeks ago now. I am at the absolute end of my tether with you all now. The service has been utterly negligent.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have two sim cards, one on the router, one on my phone. Is the same issue in both. I had the exact same issue a few months ago, it escalated to management. Is something happening in my area.

    @ThreeUKSupport No but had another bill today for £41. It states the account is closed. But it is really disgraceful that they want payment on a phone she never used and returned in good faith.

    @DivyB @ThreeUK To be clear, I still have the contract, and I am still paying £7.50/month for 1GB. I bought it for my original iPad not long after it came out. I have cut the SIM card down to fit the progressively smaller card holders.

    @ThreeUKSupport For me to ring up more times to get the issue sorted to be told the bill still stands in turn making me ill from the stress vomiting and nosebleeds to be told eventually oh we have recieved the device for me to be told ring back after 72 hours to be told today
