@ThreeUKSupport Ok I will do is it possible for me to still cancel my plan in time because there is no way im paying a extra £20 a month for a 1 month plan

  • mengplex Steven Meng (@mengplex) reported

So #ThreeUK PAYG went from 1p /mb , 3p per minute - to now 10p /mb and 35p per minute. Clearly just don't want any PAYG customers because you'd have to be stupid to stick around for that.

  • candi_codes Candice Sterling (@candi_codes) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I would like my PAC. I have been trying since 2:30pm. I shouldn't have to wait 72hrs as stated by your customer services.

  • candi_codes Candice Sterling (@candi_codes) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I was told it's due to your system having technical issues. I was also told it would take 72hrs to resolve. A PAC should be available within 2mins after the text request.
