@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@cask_uk @ThreeUKSupport Good luck mate! It’s a joke I had my contract less than 24hrs can’t connect as they lost all my info, never migrated my number, but managed to set up the DD🤨 Website lied, said 3/4G yet signal is awful in my area. I’ve cancelled my contract.

@ThreeUK @C4Gogglebox Used three 5g WiFi for the past year and never had a single problem. Fast speed and been reliable for me. No idea what you other people are on about tbh
