    @ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

    @ThreeUKSupport You're the last network in the UK to support this. Your customers want this. All your iPhone customers want this. All your customers with supported phones want this. The other networks have had it for years!

    @ThreeUK SORT YOUR NETWORK OUT, I'M PAYING £35 A MONTH AND I BARELY GET 2MB DOWNLOAD. before you do your usual "turn it on & off, try 3g etc" Just no. £35 a month for this?

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport It says £5 & £10 but there is no option to recharge it, instead of only top up option and i lost £10 by topping up and didn't get the service to call unlimited abroad.
