@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@CTSI_UK are you able to help with this as am not getting anywhere with @ThreeUKSupport

  • thatgeekychap @thatgeekychap (@thatgeekychap) reported

@ThreeUK I’d happily accept another test just for the @ThreeUK network. Seems a bit blazé to assume you’ve solved the issue. Presumably you thought it was fine before, either way?

  • Barry35245095 Barry. (@Barry35245095) reported

@ThreeUK Not really reassuring. As I have network problems on a daily basis. Sometimes I have no Mobile signal at all. But let's hope you can fix this huge problem with your network. As my contact is due to run out in December. And quite frankly it looks like a move is on the cards.

  • GothicBatRave 🦇🪩 Ellie 🧛‍♀️ (@GothicBatRave) reported

@ThreeUK This makes me think that it was a real emergency alert disguised right up until the last minute, so as to not worry the public. If weapons had secretly been prepared for release, and the military didn’t disarm them in time… a technical issue may have in fact been a hacking.

  • BenQuinn110577 Ben Quinn (@BenQuinn110577) reported

@ThreeUK I'm also one of the people who didn't receive the UK emergency alert test on Sunday. Everyone around me received it. Why did it only happen to Three customers mostly?

  • IamTomBailey Tom Bailey (@IamTomBailey) reported

With no explanation given a rise from £14 a month to £26. No reply from @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport time to look for a new mobile network

  • newplanet Graham Stevenson (@newplanet) reported

@siannnyyy26 @willjb88 @ThreeUK I was connected to wi-fi and didn’t get it. Believe me, I hope to never hear one of these alerts for real, but why would you be glad that a signal designed to warn you about imminent danger didn’t work for you when they tested it?

  • lucifer261164 #luc-ifer (@lucifer261164) reported

@NedHartley @ThreeUK No alert for me on o2 network with GiffGaff

  • summers_allan Allan Kempson (@summers_allan) reported

@ThreeUK That's great that it's fixed, but I really think there should be another test to reassure everyone that it's fixed everywhere, and so that we all know what they sound and look like in case of a real emergency.

  • rb357 Richard Bullock (@rb357) reported

@MartinSLewis I'm on @ThreeUK network, and never received the alert. They've released a statement saying there were issues with some (many?) customers not receiving it.

  • Indy259 Ian 🇬🇧🇪🇺🇩🇪 (@Indy259) reported

@chrisvecs @gingio @ThreeUK Emergency broadcast is not using wifi. It's a broadcast signal from the cell tower. Those that got the message were lucky that they were actively connected to the cell tower when the message was broadcast. Apparently Three only sent it once.
