    @ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

    @ThreeUKSupport your phone support for mobile broadband is a disgrace , I have spoken to 5 people over the last week as am having issues and only 1 of them was a minor help, 4 others had no interest in the issue and just wanted to rush me off the phone

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for reply. I can access all services except for the one mentioned. I did live chat with staff but he only checked setting and said tether and hotspot was set up which is not my issue and I don't have a problem with.

    @ThreeUKSupport Replacement SIM for an existing 3 account. Have popped it into new phone. Have got WiFi and it’s completing set up. No mobile network for calls. Tried activating SIM on website but kept saying ‘technical errors, try again later’. Phoned and got same message.

    @ThreeUKSupport Just measured at 1.2 up 1.7 down, but it has been a little better than that at around 12. Three website says work ongoing at OX1 4UP and every time I check 4g it doesn’t work at all.

    @ThreeUK Absolutely shocking service. I have spoken to them many times to be told problems will be fixed but 10 months later it's still the same almost none existent service. Painfully slow eg, it takes over 1 minute to login to PayPal account. Calls drop out all the time.

    @ThreeUKSupport Can I cancel it on expiry now? So like request for it to not renew now so that I don't have to wait until December to send in the request. I really don't want this hanging over my head until then, I'd like to move on with my life and forget about this!

    @ThreeUKSupport No I called from home in the UK when my data wasn't good. I even got a message saying that there was a problem in the area, after the call and that I'd be contacted when fixed but nothing....
