@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUK when a customer goes into one of your shops. Asks for a £10 top up, surely your staff should sell them what they ask for. Not grill them how they use phone, how many times a year they top up. And Try and sell them what they do not want. Not good

It tells me when crappy apps are reading what's on my clipboard when I didn't even press paste. Bad move.Someone will tear it apart to see where you are stealing their data to
