@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUK hiya, got 4 bars of service and 5G logo yet nothing loading properly, saying check Internet etc, how can I fix this? Oh this isn't in SS0 this time, its a different area. Bizarre how the network struggles in so many different places!
