@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUK 3/3 not refunded. I am contacting our bank and police to report this fraud. What a farce. Ensure you cancel the upgrade. My family have 5 contracts with you and we will review over the weekend to cancel or not and go with a company that has competent staff.
