@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport Full 5G signal strength, if i turn on vpn on my ipad, ( unable to use on my streaming tv) i get over 400 Mbps using same 5G ! what is it with your servers that mangle the internet so ? why work on masts at peak viewing time ?

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Today I received a letter dated 03/12 saying my £8 contract was upgraded to £29/month,same allowance! I didn’t consent to a renewal nor was I aware of it! 3 says I need to give 30 day notice to come out of something I never consented to in the 1st place.

@ThreeUKSupport The same in my Wife’s phone too, so I don’t think it’s a device issue. I have found your “status” page and that seems to be suggesting work is being completed, so that probably explains it
