    @ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

    @ThreeUKSupport Same old story at home again. Looks like you're not connected to a network. Check your settings and try again. Try: Turning off Airplane mode Turning on Mobile data or Wi-Fi Checking the signal in your area

    @ThreeUKSupport Im using an iPhone 7 on iOS 14.7 and my data doesn’t work. Ive factory reset my phone, tuned it off and on and even updated my phone to its latest software but my data doesn’t seem to work. I didn’t have this problem around 2 months ago.

    @ThreeUKSupport Wf1 4 area. I get good signal just rubbish speeds to say it is meant to be 4G

    @ThreeUKSupport Just myself. I never use WiFi, it isn’t as fast as your connection. So I rack up a lot of data usage through the network. Data management being squeezing my connection as Three may feel I’ve surpassed what may be deemed fair usage - I have had this before with other providers.

    @ThreeUKSupport hi, any known issues in Edinburgh with internet access? I can make/receive calls, but no internet for large parts of the day. Seems to be very intermittent

    Yet again @ThreeUK no reception at all. This has been going on a month now went from excellent to very poor and often nothing. Time to change to a different company

    @ThreeUKSupport I have been charged £300 this morning for an upgrade I did not order,I was hacked and returned the handset to you despite numerous calls and reassurance I would not be charged £300 it has gone out of my account,very poor service as well as poor coverage
