  • Peter_Tix Peter (@Peter_Tix) reported from Dublin City, Leinster

@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • LornaCarroll Lorna🌸 (@LornaCarroll) reported

@alice_fearn @ThreeUK I’m with EE and I’ve never had any problems with signal in central London! Slightly more expensive but their customer service is good & any issues I’ve had are dealt with promptly x

  • leight79 Leigh Thompson (@leight79) reported

@ThreeUKSupport It’s just all over London. I’m lucky to get 4G let alone 5G. Service is incredibly poor.

  • bendougcraig Ben Craig (@bendougcraig) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Still nothing from @ThreeUK regarding sorting the sim problem that they “want to rule out” despite “hopping on the links” So @ThreeUKSupport are you going to solve the issue or shall I take my business elsewhere?

  • LiamTamne Liam Tamne (he/him) (@LiamTamne) reported

@alice_fearn @ThreeUK So as you are going to USA, if you are changing, think of changing to O2 plus tariff, no charges to use data in the States. I’m with O2 and good signal. X

  • gabriellamccoy Gabriella (@gabriellamccoy) reported

@alice_fearn @ThreeUK DONT go with Vodaphone. Their customer service is the WORST.

  • TheWhiteWolfXBO BJGerman (@TheWhiteWolfXBO) reported

@ThreeUK hi. Im a new customer with your 5G mobile broadband. Me and my partner both use it but we found too many devices connected to it will slow it down a lot. Would I be able to get another one so me and my parter both have one so we don't slow each other down?

  • thevalmarques Val (@thevalmarques) reported

@alice_fearn @ThreeUK Vodaphone is good unless you're in the King's Cross area, which is a blackhole of signal. Also it's still not working with tube wifi, other than that, it's pretty reliable.

  • fmcleanphoto Fiona McLean Photography (@fmcleanphoto) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport It was disappointing you gave no further reply after I showed it wasn’t the cache & offered zero help whatsoever. Fortunately I was able to find another way to get an add on that didn’t require logging in to the site. As I said, this is exactly the service I’ve come to expect.

  • Tubby80 Tubby (@Tubby80) reported

    @ThreeUK Awful awful provider

  • Grace390436551 Grace (@Grace390436551) reported

@ThreeUK absolutely disgraceful customer service. Wi-Fi is slow and has never worked properly and charging extortionate exit fees despite always ‘having trouble in my area’ now I can’t speak to anyone about network difficulties as incompetent staff have input my data wrong!
