    @ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

    @ThreeUK can you please tell me why your network is so bad all of a sudden in the G34 area of Glasgow, it’s absolutely horrendous and I use it for work. Complete joke of a company should have stayed with @VodafoneUK wiol be going back soon!!!

    Is there a more frustrating company to deal with than @ThreeUK ? Have tried 3 times today to ask how long in totality I have been a customer of theirs and every time this simple question has baffled the life out of their advisers

    @ThreeUK Why is it that despite being the "UK's biggest network", after all these years you cannot offer something like a shared connection or esim connection for a 4G smartwatch i.e. Galaxy Watch and Apple Watch etc?

    @ThreeUK Shame you couldn't provide decent phone reception for your customers who attended @DownloadFest this weekend just gone. No data at all for 3 whole days. SMS messages coming through hours late. People on EE & O2 were getting reasonable service, so why can't you sort out similar?
