@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUK I’m thinking of trying out 5g for home broadband. Your offer looks interesting, but your site won’t let me proceed as says not available at my address. Not sure that’s correct though as we have a new strong 5g signal just switched on.
