@mdf200 @ThreeUK I'm on Three partly because of free roaming and unlimited data but how mad is.... I've never actually used it.... because I haven't been on a plane or abroad in years. So I guess I'll never get to use it then.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I was told a few months back that the very poor signal in my area was due to overdue work that had been postponed due to COVID. I'm just looking for an update on this please as my signal is still very poor at times.

@ThreeUK are the biggest piss takes going. Tried paying my bill and because they kept kicking me to home page asking for my login every time I tried to pay the bill, they have charged me 3 ******* times.

@ThreeUKSupport The network signal is appalling; Therefore if I paid an early termination fee, would I be due an upgrade or be able to take out a contract that is the phone only and not tied to paying for a service I can't recieve.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Kirsty, yes I’ve been checking the fault checker and there hasn’t been any changes to it since Saturday 16/07. Surely we can claim some compensation or something for nearly a week of no service and not even a date of when you’ll fix it?
