@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport No the store is 40 mins away and I have never been to it. 2 contracts have been started on the same day, with same name and address in your store, same bank details yet with different date of births. Is one of your colleagues involved in the fraud, as surely you can’t have 2 DOBs

@jtd1010 @ThreeUK Honestly I leave my flat and my internet never works, I can barely get a phone signal to make a call or anything. I’ve called up so many times to complain but they just say “we can see no issues in your area” 😭
