@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport I have been with @three for over 10 years took this 24 months contract 22 September 2021 since then I haven’t been able to access my account just tried to reset the password message reads couldn’t register email I’m tired I’ve had a bad day I can’t be bothered with this anymore

@ThreeUK My dad who is also a @ThreeUK customer says this frequently happens to him too. That’s it, I’m switching mobile operators. If you can’t operate phone CALLS reliably then you have failed as a mobile operator. Doesn’t matter how cheap or fast your internet is

@ThreeUKSupport I sent my 5G router back as it was within the 14 day cooling off period but I don’t have a tracking number as I wasn’t given one. What happens now? I need to make sure that I don’t get charged for the router. Help

@ThreeUKSupport Haha yeah I've tried that a few times and again just now. Same issue. Mobile data is switched on also. I'll leave it a few hours and if same prob will get back in touch.
