I urge anyone in the UK to say away from @ThreeUK as a network. Loyal to them for years and now unable to upgrade. They do not care for their long term customers at all and advise anyone to never ever use them!

@ThreeUK I have never known so much total and utter incompetence and useless online people in all my life as your company today. No wonder you’ve been taken over. Your customers are not your first priority. You are useless.

Awful experience at @ThreeUK Cribbs Causeway, Bristol 😡 My iPhone (under 15 months old) stopped working — Apple confirmed hardware fault. Store refused help, staff were rude, and the manager used foul language. Paid £1,176 + £45/mo. Disgraceful. #CustomerServiceFail
