@ThreeUKSupport I bought 5G service from you several months ago. The download remains fantastic but over the last month the upload which was around 15Mbps has dropped to 1Mbps. It is like this all the time no matter where I position the router. I get faster upload from my mobile.

@ThreeUKSupport According to your Three Content Team this has been raised by ‘a number of customers’ so should be something you are aware of. Presumably an incident/problem should have been raised which remains open pending resolution?

@ThreeUK how hard is it to get a letter to confirm my account is closed and has a zero balance. Ive lost count of how many incompetent people i have spoken with. 3mobile customer service is a joke. I cant complain as i no longer have a mobile number. So now its to the ombudsman.
