@ThreeUKSupport ordered a new phone contract over the phone on the 10th of September all went through OK upfront payment took still no sign of conformation email or the phone iphone 12 please help I am getting fobbed of everytime I ask about it .

@ThreeUKSupport Phew, had visions of hermes forcing it through the letter box or throwing it over the fence!! Serious question though, what provisions are in place for hard of hearing customers to get through to customer support?

@ThreeUKSupport I've had a pin for 10 years. Same one. Today it didn't work - I've no idea why. You text me a new one but that doesn't work either and now I'm told that I can't do anything with the temporary one till I'm back in the UK?

@ThreeUK been having issues with keeping any sort of signal over the last 36 hours or so whilst at home. Very annoying and unhelpful when my mother is in hospital and I'm the point of contact. Please advise what's going on!
