@ThreeUKSupport ...and I should allow DPD another 24-48 hours to make the delivery. Considering your company is supposed to be experts in the field, communication is very poor. I don't feel I am any closer to understanding what the issue is nor why I am told contradictory advice.

@ThreeUKSupport Google pixel 5, bought the phone outright. Apparently it's a glitch so you have to cancel my order and give me a refund...but then want me to pay the full price and not the price I had already paid....I had already got an order number, and you took payment.

@ThreeUKSupport whats going on with the service in NP7 7RX? Every morning its listed as having a fault and every evening it tells me its fixed for weeks now with me having absolutely no signal at all. What exactly am I paying for with this big a window of no service?
