@ThreeUKSupport I been with three since the start. when you were less than a year old. i have had many numbers and contracts over the years. when others complained about bad service i stuck as i didn get bad service. But now its all changed.

@ThreeUKSupport Both 4G and 3G internet are intermittent, and unusably slow when available. Had great speeds on both for two years at this address until last week. Problem persists outdoors and there are no issues with EE 4G in the same location.

@ThreeUKSupport No ones called me so I don’t know sorry. Both times I did it, it was both three forms. When I signed up for the sim only through your website and again when I received it. It’s your network.
