    @ThreeUKSupport We want to cancel (within 14 days) We call and we get put on hold and then get cut off And then we get passed about And when we press an option on the phone it just goes back to the menu Been in store and they haven't helped, as it was an Internet order

    @ThreeUKSupport No nothing,I was past to 3 different departments and got that wound up I put the phone down in the end in anger after nothing I was saying sunk in with the customer service advisor on the phone, I was told the contract would be ended DEC but would get charged till then.

    @danielboys @davidball1978 @ThreeUK Have to say I’ve been with them for years, and had no issues whatsoever. If I have a query, I always go and ask in a shop rather than online. Horses for courses!

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m outraged you are calling bailiffs in. I have had dd with you 20 years. Why it is not active I do not know. Locked out of account. No one speaking with me. Appalling customer service on helping me resolve this. Angry, frustrated and anxious.

    @thisispanos @ThreeUK I was told they were investigating my complaint, but that was 3 weeks ago and still got nothing, so I stopped the direct debt at the bank, but I was warned that they'd send the outstanding balance to enforcement. Ive tried contacting martin lewis, Money Saving Expert for help..
