    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I make complaints about scam calls which you fail to sort and your answer is to send me your own spam texts about Robbie Williams and exercise apps I never asked for? Did the management change at 3? In the last 3 years the service has nosedived.

    @ThreeUKSupport No can’t change number. Anyway, they just have robots autodialling every number so that wouldnt help. Needs to be cut off at the source. No opt out link.

    @BrianCop @giffgaff @ThreeUK That’s not the solution I want. I want what I had, and what my provider promised to keep: seamless coverage within the EU exactly as if it were within the UK. No extra costs, no second sim.

    @ThreeUKSupport It turns out my friend had asked the laptop to upload all my documents onto One Drive and with the Window updates, the internet width was extremely low...so not a Three issue. I apologise.

    @ThreeUKSupport Tried it numerous time: Press 1 Press 2 Press 3 Press 4 Press 5 Press 6 None of them give me the option to cancel my insurance add-on or maybe you could tell me which one it is, I've been the three shop, done the web chat, online, phone, no luck with any.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes it is activated. But I also can't login because it asks for a security code that is sent via text,which I can't access without the network.
