    @ThreeUKSupport I have managed to speak to someone on live chat this morning who have passed the issue over to samsung. Who have passed the issue to their repair services who have passed the issue back to yourselves as my phone is in warranty. ABSOLUTE JOKE of a company

    @ThreeUKSupport Thank you for responding No one mentioned the broken equipment before in CR0. Se22 I am constatntly switching between 3g and 4g to try to get some stability 3g is slightly better but not by much! I have had nothing but apologies offered of late which isnt much good :(

    Dear @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I'm using a Pay as you go sim card. My top up is still on, I can make calls but I cannot use 4G. I went to a three store and they changed my sim card, but it's still not working. It's been 5 days since I'm facing this issue. Please can you help?
