@iD_Mobile_UK I've never had any issues with service, until recently where I can no longer get signal good enough to make a stable phonecall in or outside on my housing estate my, but it still shows signal so WiFi calling isn't working. @ThreeUK signal seems to be the issue, 1/2

@ThreeUKSupport ...can send me a sample photo of what I should be looking for please? I returned via royal mail and it was during lockdown so they don't give receipts at the main depo, only the small post offices do. I do not recall there even being a customer copy of the label

@ThreeUK Just a network that work would be a good start. Signal where I live is no existent, for the last few months your site says there is a fault in the area and you're working hard to fix it. A poor excuse for not bothering 😡

@ThreeUK How am I subject to a 30 day notice period when my 2 year contract with you comes to an end on August 13th? I contacted 3 to say I don’t want my contract to renew and said they said it can’t cancel until August 21st because of a 30 day notice period?

@ThreeUKSupport I’d like to officially ask for a recording of my call when rung to discuss options&file a complaint. I asked that exact same question and I was told that it will apply to ALL contracts even if I kept mine and just bought a new phone! I’ve been a loyal customer and I was mislead!
