@ThreeUKSupport But there has never really been an acknowledgment that you have done anything wrong and that’s what’s annoying me as well I don’t understand how your live chat agent managed to put 75.01 instead of 10-15

@ThreeUK @UKHonor I hate your network it doesn't recognise my SIM and keeps asking me to enter my mobile number when I dial 444 or 333. When this happens how do I get my balance?

@ThreeUKSupport I haven’t had that information and I have had no advice about how I closed this account. You also said you would give me £50 credit (which goes no way to covering the costs I incurred) and refused to honour that when I said I did not want to close the complaint.

@ThreeUKSupport the problem is alot of my stuff now cannot connect eg Alexa devices and Blink devices and my access point can't assign an ip to WiFi connections. Also streaming shows on TV is now blocky and starts buffering. Another issue is my connection speed has dropped to 10mb from 50mb :-(

So i've been mugged *twice* for my phone in the space of a week. ******* BRILLIANT... And @ThreeUK your security process to cancel and black list handsets is a joke. You've made a stressful situation 100 times worse.

@ThreeUK @Threeuksupport Was shocked to see the new Go Roam world tariff... £5 per day flat is too costly for an international roaming. Being a ThreeUK customer for the past 5 years, I really feel sorry for myself. You are penalising your clients

A tip for Twitterers using Android. If you upgrade and then find your phone link doesn't work, try removing the SIM and putting it back. I've just had to do that after long discussion with Three advisor. Thank you @ThreeUK
