@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Hello @ThreeUKSupport - visiting EX34 0DY #NorthDevon and your network is pretty bad here. Very slow internet and dropping connections. Can you fix it please.

@ThreeUKSupport Webchat and technical can’t help me either, I am on the phone to them every single day. Every other tweet I read from you guys tell people engineers are out and issues will be fixed etc, but no one can tell me when my service will be restored, This is absolutely shocking

@ThreeUKSupport Yes. I know you have to check all bases, but it’s actually insulting how you’re devils advocating this The PAC code was sent 18th Jan. I’m not dense, I do know how to cancel a contract and that is why I’m so upset you’ve continued to take my money.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi I'm trying to send a text from Croydon UK, to a British friend who is currently in Dublin. I'm being informed it's not being sent. How do I find what the issue is?

@WobbleBoxers @ThreeUK Three was dire when I first started caravanning 10 years ago but in the last few years I've never failed to get a 4g signal - though having the external puck from @Solwise has certainly helped in weak signal areas.

@Ofcom @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport not allowing PAC codes to be sent via text requests and then forcing you to call in and be harassed into staying a customer! Now I have 2 contracts and can't move my number to the other provider

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I provided the PAC code to you when I signed up for the contract on your website on the 13th and selected today for it to move over as that was the earliest date it would give me, but my existing SIM with the number being carried over still has signal etc

@ThreeUKSupport Okay sent me a text, which was successful. Seems the issue is either in Ireland, or my friend's phone. Thank you for your help.
