    @ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

    @ThreeUKSupport I couldn’t do the online chat because hotel WiFi was too slow. Called Monday from a diff phone and he said everything ok. Just called again today and another person said roaming not active on my sim 😐 all solved now.

    @ThreeUKSupport Your customer support people telling me yesterday and again today they were having issues restoring services? This has happened before to me but once paid, services were back on quickly. Not the case this time.
