@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUK What ever you do? DO NOT join three! They threaten you and cannot promise you a 4g signal! 10 years of commitment to be ended with threats and now they take money that does not belong to them!

@ThreeUKSupport I called 3 and said I wanted to leave as you couldn’t fix my poor signal, 3 threatened me with “if you want to leave, you must pay the termination fee now” so I did on my credit card and you have still taken it from my bank!

@ThreeUKSupport Are there data issues in Glasgow right now. My wife and I have the same unlimited pay as you go and her phone is fine while mine can’t manage to load YouTube. Full bars on 4g never had an issue till today? Our broadband is down so we are sort of stranded rn
