@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport They then said the only way to do this was to switch to another network, transfer the PAYG number to that and then try and switch it back to the Three contract. Seems really convoluted just to keep a number! I’ve got the chat ID number if needed?

@ThreeUKSupport As noted, I've had three devices at this location, all of them have given a dBm in the poor to no service range. It's definitely the location of the mast which is the issue.

@virginmedia Nope, as I tried to call today and while waiting for a VERY LONG TIME, i had ran out of minutes and I already exceeded my spending cap with @ThreeUK in the previous days and today! Yesterday's engineer said that had put a note about having to send a Service Engineer but still 😡

@ThreeUK I requested to cancel my contract as I was in my 30 day period.. I have never experienced bad customer service... A. Your advisors beg us to stay on and B. Now I have no service... I need my PAC code I CANNOT afford to lose my number.
