@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUK 6 weeks of calls to you and nothing has been done despite this being looked into. Beyond livid just refund the money you have unlawfully taken from my bank account. This is an error on your side and the hours of calls and explaining the situation and still no resolution

@ThreeUK so efficient at taking my money! Processed the payment in seconds. Shame you keep whacking me on hold/dropping the call when I try to cancel the contract...my wife says thanks as keeping me on hold has been a real help in getting the nursery sorted for our imminent baby
