@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport Last night GMT 8hrs - Philippines --- I kept telling you guys your OTP technology and the app is so OUT DATED -- even the Indian call tecch support was not ABLE to fix it months ago...thats the time I was still in the UK.. SO i gave up.. now hav e to access to pay so im trying

@ThreeUKSupport So if tomorrow when it's still not fixed, who can I speak to at @three in the UK? 9 weeks this had been down and sozens of instances were you or your call centre staff have told me "it'll be fixed tonight" or said it was my phone at fault.

@ThreeUKSupport I first contact you 11 January 2022, every single time I get the same response. Issues in the local area! I’m a pay monthly customer who is sick of the rubbish service the Three provides me! So please enlighten me on what has taken a year plus to fix!

Is it just me or is mobile data in this country getting worse? I’m on @ThreeUK and despite having 4 out of 5 bars and showing 4G connection I regularly cannot connect to anything?! It never used to be like this
