@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport My contract expired ages ago on my iPad. Your website and app will only let me upgrade my package rather than downgrade. From your perspective, this could be good. From my perspective, this seems like a bad business decision as now I’m looking elsewhere.

@threeuk think it’s okay to leave their customers without service for 24 hours, and the “work” they’ve done to “improve the service” has done precisely **** all. I’m better off and still expected to pay each month. £55 a month for the last 10/11 months for nothing

@Channel4News @darshnasoni @ThreeUK I just find these stories highlight the issue for everyone but there seems to be no help or aftercare. I'm not suggesting the news outlet do this for them but it would help giving some sort of guidance of sorts.
