  @ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

  @ThreeUKSupport I contacted Three support in Feb to cancel my contract & it has still not be cancelled. I cant contact through my 3 as I no longer have the mobile number. Can I please have support.

  @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for getting back to me. In most cases if I move to 3G it does work but it's not ideal. Do you know if this has become more of a problem in my area lately? I've not had a problem with this until a couple of months ago.
