@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport Reported the numbers to Customer Services, this morning, not sure the person I spoke to was interested, as the individual was more interested in passing me onto the sales team, to see if I wanted to upgrade further, and extract more cash from me.
