@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUK After 12 years of being a customer I transferred my two numbers over to O2, after you pulled a Boris and started to charge for roaming abroad. Haven't regretted my choice for a tiny second.

@ThreeUK Well I've got no 3 network currently or over the last 3 weeks - maybe even longer! I have spent hours on your help desk, with 3 different support team members, to no avail!! Taking my DD though. Getting tired of the lack of service!

@ThreeUKSupport Tried downloading snap for 3hrs it's still spinning ,treid twitter and after all this hours now open wow but at the end of the month there is no hustle in taking Ur direct debit ..for 6 months I can't use my WiFi but for 6 months u guys been taken Ur money ?so fix it
