@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport I’m able to make a call but that may be because I’m being forced to use my wifi. When I switch Wi-Fi off I don’t get any data - it’s like it hasn’t been activated. I’ve checked postcode and my other three phone - it’s the handset not the signal

@ThreeUK providing the most selfish and embarrassing customer service, again and again. What should have been a simple cash refund for an overpaid device turns into a 2-hour war of attrition, still unresolved. Everyone I know, please walk away from @threeuk forever. Cheers

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, my 5G broadband speed has dropped from an average of 150Mb download to just 6mb multiple times in the last 24 hours. Your status checker says there are no issues in my area. My 5G connection on my phone still reaches around 150Mb download.
