    @ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

    @ThreeUKSupport Do you think I'm an idiot? Roaming is on. I'm in the USA. Plan started before 01/10/21. All my settings have been reset. Everything is normal on my side. My family's roaming is working. It's a problem from your end not mine. And it's the third ******* time and still nothing!!!!!!

    @ever_longing @OfficialRandL @ThreeUK They won't, that's the response I got even though we would never have bought the tickets if it wasn't for the headliners,and apparently even if you buy insurance it's not covering that either, and you can't resell them because who would want them.

    I used to pay £10pm to @SMARTYMobileUK and always had perfect signal. I needed a new phone so switched to @ThreeUK for £45pm and my signal is constantly horrendous. I live in Reading not a Forrest, what's the issue!? Can I cancel my contract if I'm I happy with the service??
