@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport The problem with the phone is that it has no sim in it Fraser. 2 cancelled sims have been sent in the last week, and was told on Saturday a new active one would arrive today
