@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport In my reply I have clearly stated u that I already did complaint to squaretrade complaints department. They replied me back on 10 January 2023 asking activity report. So since I haven't paid my bill for December 2022. I services was got disconnected. 1/3
