@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport I posted this 21hrs ago. I went to my local shopping centre yesterday and spoke to the very helpful staff in the store. Shouldn't have to though. Isn't that what a Customer Service number is for?
