    @ThreeUKSupport yes, I am a customer of the store, I already have the three chip, I went to change my plan and my friends with the same bank managed to do it, in my turn I was informed that I could not continue to change plans, I was denied the right to buy, disgusting I have money to pay

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi. My husband has the same issue than me and he got a totally different outcome. It is concerning that for two months the data is going to be compromised because of constructions or whatever, until the 7th June in my area. I was offered one solution and him another. Screenshots

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi - I don’t see the benefit of an sms passcode to login to the 3 app when it already prompts me for a fingerprint. Will this change? Why is it a requirement? Cheers.

    such a joke how much phone companies make each year on a product thats so hit and miss, @ThreeUK constantly slow, meant to be on 5G, don’t think i’ve seen it since having this phone. id like to think i’d change to another company but they’re all the same, day light robbery

    @ThreeUKSupport @Kamunki Because is not the phone i wanted ,on 24 march the phone delivered to affordable and 11 of april the network contract was cancelled according the email i got from affordable mobile my money i paid for upfront payment was return by to me.
