@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUK Absoloutly awful service this last couple of weeks every person I’ve spoken too tells me a different thing, all I wanted to do was upgrade my phone, ended up with two contracts, sent one back over a week ago, still no update and now I’m getting charged for two

@MotoNutJob @galloform @ThreeUKSupport I’m finding that so many everyday dealings with telecoms, utilities, NHS Admin,all the scams that you need to keep an eye on, that life can be pretty arduous time sapping. I haven’t burgled anywhere in the past few weeks & it’s taking a toll. This country is, indeed, BROKEN.

@ThreeUK Unable to use mobile wifi during 12 months due to lockdown. 3 say….f you pay up. Cancel the contract? F you pay up. Shameful. All other contracts will be cancelled.
