@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

third attempt to contact @ThreeUK in an hr because every time I finally get through and start explaining my issue, the line cuts out & the customer care team don’t bother to call back even though the last time I requested at the start of the call that if it happens call back🥲

@davidgood89 @ThreeUKSupport HUAWEI 4G Router 3 Pro. Model B535-232 I’ve tried multiple positions in the room but it has 5 bar strength all the time anyway. I’ve tried pin reset. I’ve downloaded the smart app and optimised to always be in strongest frequency etc. Never goes above 10mbps but usually worse

@SRoofy @ThreeUKSupport Yeah I am. It just has wobbles a lot more than it used to. But to be fair I do think the router is also **** so doesn’t help. Rebooting often helps but then I do sometimes have to re set connection on my iPhone. It’s weird. My works been going on months. Stil usable overall but

@ThreeUKSupport There is a cooling off period for cancelling contracts made in store (14 days from activation) but if not stores are open to cancel then how can this be done? Cancelling because I no longer require the free data roaming in Brazil as all U.K. flights to Brazil are now cancelled.
