    @ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

    @ThreeUKSupport No thanks. Instead of continually having to ask 3 to do anything at all, I'll just occasionally post about how **** they are to hopefully steer away people who might be thinking about going with 3 and mistakenly expecting any service or support.

    @ThreeUKSupport In the end, I got the phone working myself from my end with less than 10 minutes effort. A pity your support staff couldn't figure out as much as a customer could. STILL waiting for them to reply to my complaint ffs. Pathetic. End of contract can't come fast enough.

    @ThreeUK you seriously have to sort your signal out. Its been rubbish for the past month. I am paying £74 a month for that. Not happy!

    @ThreeUKSupport When I try to log in it comes up with "Sorry, we're having technical issue right now. Please try again later." It comes up with a red triangle warning sign

    Why are me and my partner paying 50 pound a month to go nearly 2 weeks without no signal and no 3G with the same excuse that work is getting done in the area??? @ThreeUK

    @giffgaff Thanks Nicole. Issue ongoing since last June. Unable to make or receive calls at all. Cancelling my families plans now and going with @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUK anyone else getting important voicemails coming through like 5 days later with @ThreeUK. ?Constant pain for me. It’s not my phone which support always say.

    @ThreeUK @C4Gogglebox When I left three, it was one of only a few times, I've knowingly paid more money to move to a competitor. Massive oversubscription due to cheap deals, means you struggle to access their network in busy areas.
