@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

Disappointing customer service from @ThreeUK . Trying to block the SIM in my son’s stolen phone and I’m told that it isn’t a Three SIM, yet it was them that sent it to me. Pretty shoddy all round. Who have I been paying money to?

@ThreeUKSupport Why don't you support Galaxy watches with LTE and when will you. Basically means I can't get one unless I move to another carrier because you literally just won't let me add it to my contract unless its an apple watch.
