    @ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

    @ThreeUKSupport Just cut off on 6th Jan, this was even before prepaid period was up. I had ordered a contract SIM that never arrived and presume this was a predatory way of ensuring I take the contract?

    @ThreeUKSupport I did this form and received a message that the phone is unlocked, obviously a lie. I've contacted you two times, but no result and today did it for the third time and was asked for proof that I had bought the phone, etc. I don't keep anything from 2016. Just bad service.
