@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

Horrible @ThreeUK signal in BT34 for past year & now without a phone for 3rd day because being sent new sim which they activated straight away on Monday for some reason & its not arrived yet !!! 15yrs ,think it's time to move.

Staying in a hotel where the WiFi has been down for several days with no sign of fixing. @ThreeUK automatically has an adult content filter that I can't turn off without a credit card as their own website is filtered out for being adult content.
