@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’ve tried customer service but they keep giving me the account number for my phone contract so I can’t actually ever see my iPad bill and remaining allowance.. Bit unfair isn’t it? Should be notified before a bill keeps getting racked up! Not happy! 2/2

@ThreeUKSupport An existing customer (not for long at this rate!) and it’s been 10 days trying to get number moved from existing Three mobile to a Three sim-only plan. I go cut off - lost the will to live.
