@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUK shame on you! Customer for 13+ years and now cancelling all 4 contracts as disgusted by your customer service. New upgrade and can't even be bothered to send items which were part of upgrade then cut me off some 11 times today when calling your advisors at home.

@ThreeUKSupport so me and the partner will not be renewing our contracts with three because of the lack of decent service over the last 6 months. I've been Constantly told there are issues in my area that will be fixed "within the next week"... Obviously not... 😡😔

I know it was possible to get an exemption if you were stuck abroad because of COVID but I missed this. It would be reasonable for #threeUK to charge international rates, but cutting my account off (whilst still charging me for service!) is unreasonable.
