@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

Hi @ThreeUK Please could you explain to me why you haven’t cancelled a contract that I asked you to cancel three months ago? Well within the 14 days period. Could you also explain why your customer service is so crap? I have phoned 8 times and it still hasn’t been sorted.

Any UK people got an suggestions for sim providers that aren't @ThreeUK as I'm thinking of leaving them as they're just terrible for customer support and their data is spotty at best

@ThreeUKSupport I have now spend 25 mins on the online chat as advised and been now cut off twice. I don’t have time for this. This is a shocking system and service. Do 3 actually want to help their customers?
