@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, whenever I try and chat on the live chat I get told is not their area because it’s mobile broadband. The current service is appalling again and it’s just impossible to do anything.
