@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@MoneySavingExp Not worth it. My wife switched from @e_emobile to @ThreeUK and it has been TWO weeks and she still can’t receive calls. They keep blaming each other about her number transfer. Promised fix deadlines been and gone and problem still not solved. Pathetic customer service.

. @ThreeUKSupport no signal to my dongle no wi-fi . Use it all the time 24/7….very disappointed. Advised earlier by support staff that there “ might” be a problem and it “might” get fixed this Sunday…..Not good enough I’m afraid.

@celeryseller @ThreeUK Oh, Three are horrid. When I signed a contract with them, they told me I was bound for a year and could cancel at any time after that by walking into a shop and asking to do so. When it actually came time for me to cancel, they informed me I couldn’t cancel in the shop…
