@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@sxa555 @ThreeUK Hmmm the @threeuk price hikes are definitely rendering then unusable for me as we start getting out again. May have to ditch them. It's rather not but a 5x home in data prices is too much for anything other than an emergency backup now 😬

@ThreeUKSupport Been there and also got misinformed again as part of the complaint process, it's been misadvise from day 1. It's actually beyond a complaint now. 4 months it's been back and forth for simply closing an account and getting my money back and compensation for wasted time
