@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport Hello, I have Three 5G WiFi. Live in a flat. Router is by the main window/door. Get a perfect 5G fast signal until I close the balcony door. Have tried every possible position for the router. Any advice please?

@MoneySavingExp 1 terabyte for £1 a month wouldn’t tempt me back to @ThreeUK When you can’t get a signal in a major city, avoid, no matter how cheap it is. Worst network I’ve used in years. Paid to leave early. It was worth every penny to escape.
