I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply, but some companies allow a longer period.

They lie , give you false information just to get you off the phone and no notes .
