@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

So. Due my upgrade with @ThreeUK mid October. Do I continue to pay a high contract fee but retain my good roaming benefits or do I “upgrade” to get an inferior service…. Decisions.

@ThreeUKSupport each one says ON then a date then BCC. The problem is that when I spoke with live chat there is no account open with this phone number. However a rolling contract is open and is now closed. Nobody seems to help me

@DanBron @ThreeUKSupport Silence. Bet they won't be silent when customers start leaving in thousands. Without #goroam they are just an an average phone network with the worst customer service. People stay with them due to #goroam and that's all changed.

@ThreeUKSupport there's something seriously wrong with your network. The reception is terrible & has been for years. Very important phone calls are cut short because nobody can hear me. Time to leave for sure.
