@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport I asked them to stop taking payments out of the account as we were aware of the number and it was out of our budget. Yet payments were taken out and the service wasn’t being used by anyone. So if I’m honest I’m higher unsatisfied with three and I’ve been a loyal customer for 4yea

@ThreeUKSupport is there an issue with network, some reason if I switch off wifi , I’m getting no 3G/4G at all right now ! Even rebooted my iPhone . P.s I have data allowance
