    @ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

    @ThreeUKSupport Which is what I expected. So to be clear. When I move a business account (at three) to a personal account (at three) there is no other way but to go via a different network? And the service operator who assured me that this would work.... 🤦

    Keep forgetting just how poor #Three is for data. Far too little bandwidth to go around in towns and cities. Dial up would be faster, probably pigeon post as well. When are you going to do something about it @ThreeUK?

    @ThreeUKSupport It just says New Pay as You Go. I tried selecting T Mobile but nothing happened. I am just not sure if the roaming is on or not. It’s strange, I have used it out here before no problem

    . @ThreeUKSupport mobile coverage deteriorated and 4g gone in Tarvie, Ross-shire. We noticed it on Sunday 27th Feb. It's not total outage, and 3G just about available but there's definitely a problem of some sort. FYI

    Internet is currently unusable in EH6 @ThreeUKSupport and I'm trying to work. Pls fix it.
