    @ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

    Thanks @ThreeUK only had my new fone and number on your network for 2 weeks, given the number to 3 or 4 colleagues, already getting spam calls about my 'car accident'. My private info has already been sold, doubtless by somebody @ThreeUK. NOT happy

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Mark, thanks for your reply. After 90 mins I had to ring off. I rang back again and it is clear your customer service staff have no idea about the customer has gone away process. I am no further forward.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes at least 10 times. I received the insurance letter in April from three but @apple will not accept that. I’ve explained this numerous times to the call centre and I just told I will receive an email within 72hrs which I never get.

    @ThreeUKSupport How comes Three is always having technical difficulties? How comes other networks manage to port numbers over? My sister just moved from Giffgaff to EE no problem. I don’t want to lose my number that’s why I’m worried.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Mark, the disaster continues. The number I was given by your branch manager in Sunderland should not have been shared and that department cannot help. Back on hold to customer services. 40 mins in. Chat feature is no better.

    @ThreeUKSupport Like I said in my tweet, I have already raised on a call today with your agent. The really frustrating bit is that she can see the offer I’ve accepted but says she can’t do anything until after the bill triggers tomorrow. This means I have to make yet another call! Just so poor
