    @ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

    Niche tweet but anyone on @ThreeUK mobile broadband find it just...dies. some time between 7-9 every evening I have to switch to my mobile (also on three). Makes no sense. Would have told @ThreeUKSupport but they never phone back when they promise...

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi it’s the same one as on the slip. Could it be because even though it was ordered in time for the advert because no one was working that late to complete the order it looks as if I did it too late? Wonder if others are having same issue

    I'd like to personally that @ThreeUK and @dpd_support, trying to get a upgrade phone delivered with you two is like trying to pull teeth out of a new borns mouth, gotta say it is fun watching the poor driver lug my parcel from Bradford to mine and back multipul times.

    @ThreeUKSupport be able to send a customer of over 10 years a phone straight away. I really do need a phone and it's a crazy system that through no fault of mine I now have to wait over a week.

    @ThreeUKSupport there's a problem dialing in to Zoom meetings for audio from the Three network. I've use the same device with different sims- Three seems to mistransmit the meeting ID dialled in....???

    @ThreeUKSupport If you're still having trouble in this area, why did you text me to say all the problems were over? And why was I told a couple of weeks ago that it wouldn't be for much longer, when your customer service rep clearly had no idea how long these works would take?

    @ThreeUK Being chased by a debt collection agency you've sicced on me for a 5 year old Broadband contract I thought was long since cancelled...Over £26.48. All sorted now. I'm so glad I left, I miss your coverage in Dorset but your customer service is horrible.

    @ThreeUKSupport 15th Jan and you continue to run the promotion till the 29th Jan, it was a promotion you sent me. Everything was agreed and accepted then came the delivery date that never happened. Then get told a technical glitch then it was covid and lockdown then it was a glitch again.....
