➐Z (@Zinnsgh0st) reportedWatching @hbomax is similar to dialing up AOL in 1998. Literally the worst streaming platform with heinous connection issues, buffering, horrible UX. No one QA’d the thing. Movie dropped out 4x and screen went to black, then just quit. Customer Service DGAF. Stay away.

I can’t believe I paid for a service and I can’t get a live person to pick up. You guys really know how to frustrate a customer

The1Russter (@The1Russter) reportedWhen Verizon turned over email service to AOL, they should have changed domain name too. Frustrated 1/3 Verizon email accounts won't work. Check my account on AOL and the emails are there. Keep getting error trying to connect using Thunderbird.

How come no one can help me get the service I paid for? I can’t believe that AOL would be this lousy. I really am so frustrated.
