Thinking about being 12 and running a terrible website titled "Ewolk[sic]Jedi's Star Wars Page" and somehow getting it approved to be listed on the official AOL Keyword: Star Wars thing lol. I miss the 90s.

Mine was H*rry P*tter, I found Role Playing in AOL chat rooms and made the worst characters, but then found out about RP Invision Boards. But I made some life long friends from my eventual Heroes RP days, and now I’m a ttrpg fan.

@maynardmilf Have you never watched any DB stuff? It’s weird though. Most pros I knew (in my Gen) ended up seeing DB well after DBZ. Pirating wasn’t a that big in the AOL era 🗿

@Utwitily 1998/1999 AOL. You had to murder a robot every time you logged on. Also couldn't be on the phone and internet at the same time. When my parents built their house in 99 they made sure there were two phone lines so we wouldn't have that problem

@bongo_tongo Literally counting down the days until I turned 18 while sitting in my bedroom. Also, chatting with people on message boards, expressing my thoughts on AOL RED blogs, writing stories, waiting for aol internet to connect, & so much more
