@AOLSupportHelp I currently getting the worst support ever. I noticed that my DOB is incorrect on my account. The support rep refuses to escalate to a higher level. I’ve asked to speak to his manager & it seems I’ve been purposely put on hold for now over an hour. 25+yr customer

Cancelled my AT&T cell phone service after 26 years. Originally my service was with Cellular One, acquired by Cingular, acquired by AT&T. Started with TDMA, then GSM, then 3G, then LTE (4G), and finally, just recently, 5G. AT&T makes cancelling nearly as hard as cancelling AOL.

@coinbase is going to become the AOL of the crypto industry. They came out too early and have immense issues. Once SEC starts regulating crypto, which is inevitable, another much better version of @coinbase will come out and eat their lunch. #Crypto #Bitcoin #cryptocurrency

.@AOL Fix your Android app. Every time this backup email address to my @yahoomail pops up a notification on my phone of a new email, I click the *delete* bit of the notification, then months later when I've received a message worth checking, there's 143 messages there NOT deleted

@AOLSupportHelp Unfortunately, the option of opening a new account with you after 25 years to correct an easy issue is not available either. I apologize for the upcoming loss of a 25yr PAYING customer.
