When it first arrived — and I made a blog there within the first two months of its public existence — @tumblr was the near perfect blogging platform. Then AOL destroyed it. Now it’s a horrible jail where I can’t get rid of this dumb screen. Thanks @automatic.

Utterly useless service from AOL/Yahoo/TalkTalk yet again following my complaint reference the breakdown/failure of their systems. So irritating when you pay for a service and don't get it. I was told by a rep ref. AOL: "it's a very old platform.." as if that was an excuse. @AOL

AGREED! Every kid except me had nice shiny internet...we were stuck with that shitty AOL dialup that we were only allowed to use to play Cartoon Network games on if we were good 🥴

I was told by a rep ref. AOL: "it's a very old platform.." as if that was an excuse. If it doesn't work, they shouldn't take my money. @TalkTalk is a useless outfit too. I was called for months by fake Indian call centres after their data hack. My home internet sucks. @AOL @Ofcom

@Jackie0654 @AOLSupportHelp AOL seems to have two accounts. Look at the details I never use all caps my account is all caps the other is fine. The black and white one ( all caps) I am alwys getting locked out of I know my pass word. !! U have a few hackers it seems.

@MikeIsaac @jack I worked for AOL in the mid nineties. TOS (terms of service). Let's say, you people are filthy, I saw some stuff. But then again, no more than my friend, PA to the COO of the Dublin office, who had to organize his *** parties over email for him. The 90s were a trip 🥳

@horrorgeek I agree sites were terrible but when you're running AOL rates it's bound to be a reflection of how bad the Internet was rather than how bad the actual questions were. Proof of that lies with the times being a boon for horror magazines. So somebody was doing their job, right?

Just heard @Spiteri316 and @AlasynEletha Champion’s Cast on AoL. Bought it on GBA way back when, got frustrated and never played it again. You’ve persuaded me to now give it a second chance on the Switch now you can rewind and save… let’s see if I get to the end now!

A AOL chat room. Oo nostalgia. That was weird and super handsy with me so 12 yr old me poured bleach in his liquor then we went back home. She always was chasing love in all the wrong places never pouring into herself so now she's older and alone

@TMobile your employees are the absolute worst at customer service. There’s no way I’m still in here just transferring my iCloud to my new phone, because your employee is worried about updating his phone. It’s disgusting. And what y’all severs run with aol dial up ?
