@ruthm4x @AOL Did you ever hear back from anyone about this further. It really is unbelievable what has happened. What about using @gmail there service is very user friendly not sure about warning though, I thought all providers would of done this, clearly not with @YahooCare

@calligraphymmo @Volstatsz @WarcraftDevs @maelfus I’ve never understood the whole idea of “I don’t like it, so neither should you.” Sega Vs. Nintendo died out years ago with AOL chatrooms (HAHA JOKE ON MATURITY HERE) People neee to let it go and be happy that everyone can find their niche and BE HAPPY! Be a Joy Enabler.

@SteveCase @waltmossberg @AOL Please understand how much AOL sucked. The constant upgrading and loading for the site was poor execution. Google, fb never had such issues.

@CenturyLinkHelp Okay, I guess I'll go through the trouble. Just gonna say we had CenturyLink another time before this and it was the same thing. Pretty persistent problems. You're not my favorite internet provider. AOL is better.

Imagine you’re waiting in the doctors office with bated breath, the door opens and the doctor hands you a slip with a QR code on it. He says to go home and scan it. You set it down and scan it. An audio file pops up and in the AOL guys voice you hear “You’ve got Aids!”

@AlabellaInt @QuickBooks I commend you for trying to call. I use the aol type chat service... To have the chat end or the "representative" gives me another link to someone who can't help me. When you find better send referral link.

@junior_miller @gordonkeith back in 2002 I worked on a large Google hiring project to staff software & network engineers. We had the opportunity to buy Google stock at employee rates. I said no because “it’s a dumb name. Everyone uses Yahoo & AOL”. I’d be loaded today #Regrets

@LouisShulman @Jasontheorigin2 Its monetary asset has very little, if any, real assurances. It is treating it's network like a tech startup that needs to get as many customers & gadgets as quickly as it can. This was very similar to AOL, it rushed for customers & built a curated "pseudo-internet" experience.

@waltmossberg @AOL @SteveCase I was at the ETRE conference in Madrid 1995. Steve in a round table discussion had to defend why the AOL browser did not support the blink attribute that Netscape recently had introduced and supported. Fun times…
