    @ThisisLukeOwen @WrestleTalk_TV @OliDavis Maybe you should start all listening again because he has constantly said what mistakes is made. Yes WCW was badly run but only when the AOL merger & Thunder were brought in on hisxwatch. he couldn't have been doing a bad job if they were winning 83 weeks in a row.

    @Samuel0X_ I was reluctantly plodding through this, then I lost it at "total anonymity". WTF?! If you remember the AOL of the 90s, you'd agree with me that this article puts a fanciful veneer on the subject matter and hides real info. Useful only for the incurious. Nonsensical Jagbajantis

    Jim made me a font snob. He actually removed some of the worst fonts from the computer lab he taught in so that students wouldn’t even be tempted to use them. He used an aol email address in 2010.

    @mollyfleck I just got a flashback to the thousands of AOL software CDs they used to give out, and the neighbor kids and I basically using them as toys bc we could destroy them in creative ways without getting in trouble 🥴

    @kiranpa88 @DrCWebbDO @DrNicoleC It's the anonymity. Since the dawn of social interactions online with AOL and yahoo chats or IRC, etc, anonymity gives many the "courage" to spew garbage and be their worst. Children and childish adults.

    @Amina_bellisimo @DayTechHistory Numerous bad business decisions killed the yahoo brand. They didnt see the future and didnt compete better with Google, Microsoft, AOL and the rest.

    Remember back in the AOL days, in chatrooms and IMs, people would go AFK and say BRB and then wouldn't come back? Those people never watched SCREAM and now they're all dead. @MatthewLillard saves lives.
