Yes WCW was badly run but only when the AOL merger & Thunder were brought in on hisxwatch. he couldn't have been doing a bad job if they were winning 83 weeks in a row.

@dcmayorsoffice @MayorBowser does the dc vax site run on a dial up aol like service. Seriously. 5 mins per page. DC once again proves it cannot do anything right. Site crashed already once this week. Seems like its crashing again today.

@PJDeGenaro My days of the internet began in the days of AOL dial-up when message boards were the place to be. You had the occasional idiot but overall it was great because of how easy it was to have an in-depth conversation on anything.
