Yes WCW was badly run but only when the AOL merger & Thunder were brought in on hisxwatch. he couldn't have been doing a bad job if they were winning 83 weeks in a row.

An incredibly bad design poorly implemented. It's like something some high school students made for a school project. Can't even correct a typo in a post, which was something we could do easily back in the 90s. America Online (anyone remember AOL?) was more modern and sophisticated and with fewer bugs.
