@aolmailhelp please help ,its impossible to retrieve aol password as I need the password to email you. You neither provide any phone support! you provide twitter support but cannot help on here either. Set up account years ago so no longer have phone num or email for verification

@AOLSupportHelp im having an issue logging into my account.even after trying to reset my password w recovery email. my only two options is to get help from prem live support or through website. theres no help from the website and im not going to pay $30+ dollars to reset password

@angelmercedes I don’t think they were ever able to. Remember even AOL started as a BBS, so a lot of this was weird private dial pool shared network frame relay etc

@Utterrunacy @shindoverse I never had AOL — how much was it back then? I started off with free local BBSes, then a $5/month GEnie account, and I don’t quite remember what my first true Internet account with Netcom cost, but not much more than that.
