@DidymusBrush @YouTube Can you link it in Google admin panel? If you’re known to Google there, it may help you. Having an expired aol account would be a reasonable reason for leniency.

@ThisisLukeOwen @WrestleTalk_TV @OliDavis Maybe you should start all listening again because he has constantly said what mistakes is made. Yes WCW was badly run but only when the AOL merger & Thunder were brought in on hisxwatch. he couldn't have been doing a bad job if they were winning 83 weeks in a row.

@thatpetewoods Growing up, I was fascinated seeing how AOL, Yahoo, and other tech giants could fail. Especially when they seemed like they had it all. Now I see.

Instead of charging $8 for verification, Elon should adopt a pay-by-the-hour model like AOL had in the 90s. Bring back the login noise and I guarantee people will call it le epic bacon good sir and post the "shut up and take my money" screen from Futurama.

@StickToPizza Therein lies the crux of the issue really. If there's still a process of verification I think a fair amount of the pessimism subsides. If not though this website is gonna devolve into AOL chatrooms real quick-like. I wouldn't click one link I'd see on this website in that case

@timjacobwise I'm staying here because I can. No one can faze me online. I was a moderator on AOL way back in the day. I learned that some people just need a little help, and some people call out the nearest person they think is wrong or vulnerable. I'll stick around for a while longer.

@Zebop He can always hire. His problem with Twitter is it could be the weight around his neck that can force his car and rockets company to ultimately shed him. People need to stop concerning themselves what he'll do. He's the one that's worrying. Twitter is AOL. Who will "own" it next?

@davewiner Everyone behaves like the current thing everyone uses is too big to fail. Bullshit. Microsoft, although dominant, is nothing like they were in the 90s. Many people don't remember AOL. Zuck is quickly killing FB. Everything dies and is replaced. Everything. Including Twitter.

@celestial_bean_ @RulesAmsterdam @B52Malmet AOL was never going to go away, until it did. MySpace is where everyone went, until they didn’t. Twitter, too, shall pass. Just leave the site. The sooner everyone reasonable does, the sooner your vital info is found somewhere more dependable.
