@ThisisLukeOwen @WrestleTalk_TV @OliDavis Maybe you should start all listening again because he has constantly said what mistakes is made. Yes WCW was badly run but only when the AOL merger & Thunder were brought in on hisxwatch. he couldn't have been doing a bad job if they were winning 83 weeks in a row.

@jeetduppatla I'm with you on this. They made a more clear reason for the AoL disagreement by giving them that knowledge but created a lot of future issues in doing so. I hope the writers have a good plan but I need to see more evidence of that plan in season 2.

@APZonerunner @FloppyAdult Yeah stuff like AOL/WW3 & his later take on the Ood in Planet Of The Ood prove Davies has exactly what it takes for stuff like this. Moffat tended to get wrapped up in his own genius, and Chibnall doesn't know how to balance the social issues with the story.

This was a firing of De Luca with an immediate appointment of Toby Emmerich as the top guy right when the merger betweenn AOL and TW happened. So you know how Toby works. Doubt there's anything but bad resentment there.

I met a guy recently. 28 years old. I told him that I used to work for #AOL. He never heard of it before.
