@Jason_Moorman @arun_richards @JamesADamore Lol true there. Before 230 came along w/ the AOL chatrooms/messenger "cyberbullies". Too bad that **** happened. Now the first ammendment on these "platforms" is pretty much "say whatever we want you to say" or use something else. Yet big tech eliminates all competition. Monopoly

  • rcodyromero Cody Romero (@rcodyromero) reported

@_grendan Right? For me personally, nothing changed. I live on the internet and have since AOL dial-up. (My income, my hobbies, my everything all exists online) Being able to have online social skills, coupled with in-person social skills has never been an issue for this millennial.

  • MichaelPam Michael Pam of Michael's Corner (@MichaelPam) reported

@CenturyLinkHome Yeah....let's get out of the old AOL dialup crap!!!

  • MJowen174 Matt Owen (@MJowen174) reported

    I hear AOL is down.

  • SomeCleverPun Unarmed Combat Champion (Small Dog Division) (@SomeCleverPun) reported

Zoomers will never know what it's like to collect dozens of AOL trial discs and construct a parabolic mirror to hassle the neighbourhood. Sad!

  • jcalebcook1 Caleb Cook (@jcalebcook1) reported

@Bow2FalconGod They already died 😢😢😢 "In June 2017, Verizon combined AOL and Yahoo into its subsidiary Oath Inc. (now called Verizon Media). The company discontinued AIM as a service on December 15, 2017.[4]" RIP AIM

  • JoeMommaSan JoeMommaSan (@JoeMommaSan) reported

@SpeakingSatan AOL. See "the September that never ended."

  • Tomlinson_x HAN (@Tomlinson_x) reported

I remember watching AOL dial up patiently waiting to log in to msn and get to the Habbo Hotel pool party for the rest of night on my laptop thinking “imagine if we could just touch the laptop screen and **** would open” LOOOL

  • Brentosaur Brentosaur (@Brentosaur) reported

@tainkirrahe “Apologies for the slow response, I was updating Netscape Navigator. As per my last email I think it would be pertinent to explore creating an AOL chat room for the company to attract the younger crowd.”
