@Jordawesome I did tech support for AOL in the 90's. It was all just modem strings. I've been interested in looking for work in the "Chat" support deal. What's the requirements? WPM or something?

@AOLSupportHelp I'm Verizon FIOS customer. AOL is hadling mail server for Verizon customers. This morning about 18000 old emails disappeared from my account. Calling AOL tech support was told to pay for some premium service to be connected to tech support folks. ???

@jessbrammar Why didn't Verizon buy an ISP in the UK? That's their core business in the US and it never made sense that they had a foot in the UK without network capacity. They could even have gotten the remnants of UK AOL email accounts if they'd bought one of them!

@AOLSupportHelp I have had issues with aol gold for TWO YEARS. Numerous phones calls with tech - and my case has been upgraded too with absolutely nothing being fixed! Seriously? My emails show I have embedded graphics yet when I, or a tech, open those emails, they are BLANK.
