@RodneyDavis So now the regional papers have absolutely nothing to offer. They hold on because of the subscribers that can't be bothered to cancel their subs. It's the newspaper version of how AOL still has thousands of users who pay monthly for dial up service. 4/

@5eanT @sherrod_im Sherrod’s strategy is literally what I did to keep using AOL for free for like 2 years back in the late 90s. I’d call and threaten to cancel; they’d offer me a month or two free; rinse & repeat since they never seemed to make a record of the conversation I had with the CSR.

@michael_saylor Check the og thread you replied to. The poster you commented to pointed out gas fees as a problem (see meme he posted) when it clearly isn’t. Now to your point. Yes. bitcoin is like AOL in the fact that it is the first mainstream application of this new technology. ETH is next

@DylanMatthews91 @Ace_Spade4 @view_raw Shots against WWE are nothing new, going back to the dying days of the territories. AOL Boards were rife with people shitting on WWE during the Attitude Era. WCW openly **** on them. For a time, WWE would return a lot of fire. Now they are super slick with it. It's not new.

And I should be clobbered for even considering contacting @AskSpectrum A very stupid decision on my part. Their tech support personnel are outsourced & incompetent, with the tech knowledge of an AOL chat monitor circa 1997
