@anildash I can remember Microsoft trying to launch their own network to compete with the internet or so it seemed, I joined got an account then had to wait about an hour, via dialup, to cancel it, back to AOL it was for me.

My thumb is hurting from holding down the rewind button on a 2 hour & 47 min. movie (moving at one speed) because there’s no restart from the beginning button...if anyone wants to remember what AOL dialup feels like, try restarting a movie on @hbomax

@xtrends BTC is the Netscape/AOL of blockchain tech. While everyone is tranced by it, there will be several other long term successes that are already in the works. My money is on ETH, ADA, or DOT to emerge as viable solution that can work within regulation.

Wondering if anyone else is having same issue with e-mail using the AOL app on both iPad/iPhones and PC’s. Try to send e-mail to friend/co-worker, about half the time e-mail fails with “user does not exist” message, yet 5 minutes later message goes through fine.
