Brian O'Keefe (@rider45) reported from Great Baddow, England@anildash I can remember Microsoft trying to launch their own network to compete with the internet or so it seemed, I joined got an account then had to wait about an hour, via dialup, to cancel it, back to AOL it was for me.

Not happy. I would like it swapped for a hoover that works competently for the use it was bought for!

Richard Azim (@AzimRichar84098) reported@AOLSupportHelp It feels as though AOL has created a problem with their email service in order to drive you to their help # so they can charge you. The kicker is, they can’t resolve the issue, which makes you call them multiple times and PAY multiple times.
