@DidymusBrush @YouTube Can you link it in Google admin panel? If you’re known to Google there, it may help you. Having an expired aol account would be a reasonable reason for leniency.

@byoanarchy I will admit I was a "bad" student but they locked me in the server(aol dial up) closet for a month until my mom found out and almost burned the place down.

@DrDaymarcus I did not know that AOL had dial up service until 2025. Sources?

@samlowen5105 @todayyearsold Sam. I had to Google that post. And I'll be dammed Aol launched in 83 and 91 is when it became computing service for apple and the likes. Crazy.

@MapQuest Hahahaha this is like AOL screaming in 2026 they aren’t going to use AI or some ****. Like no one cares what you do because no one uses you anymore.

@theswansjr Internet isn't a good example. It's like saying ohhh we can see because there is light, name something that's replaced light. You should ask about AOL, Netscape, napster type ****. Those were the Bitcoins of internet

  • Crowsky13
    Crowsky📎 (@Crowsky13) reported

@IzzatStatus The subscription model has been coming for years tbh. Remember how AOL stayed in business simply because so many people never canceled? Combined with the full erosion of ToS contracts, consumers are getting the shaft big time

  • MissEsqHire
    Miss EsqHire (@MissEsqHire) reported

Claude v Harvey: My candidate at a small, no-name firm is about to turn down an offer from an international law firm because they use Harvey and his current firm uses Claude. Apparently he cannot live without Claude. Can someone explain this to me like I’m my mom in the ’90s discovering AOL?

  • Mikehb1989

Aol Mail is so bad it won't even let you log out 👎👎👎#Aolmail

My dad replied to news about my girlfriend with a green check mark. Honestly, appropriate. Our generation only writes well over text because we had to get good at it to date. AOL Instant Messenger, then years of practice with the stakes turned all the way up. His generation never needed the skill, so they never built it. The thumbs up isn't him being short with you. It's the whole sentence.

@wongfeihungdong @DHSgov I'm not sure if its still abbreviated this way, we used to just type "s2s" for sucks to sucks. AOL and ICQ days.
