  • AndreiBondoc05 Andrei Bondoc (#Scoobtober era) (@AndreiBondoc05) reported

    To conclude, in short, yes, AT&T's acquisition of Time Warner (and TW's subsequent renaming into WarnerMedia) worked as bad as AOL Time Warner. And why? Because of incompetence and ego, that's why.

  • ShowtimerHD ShowtimerHD (@ShowtimerHD) reported

    @83Weeks @EBischoff #AskEric If AOL never entered the picture with TNT and merged do you think WCW would still be around today and would you be with them still?

  • AndreiBondoc05 Andrei Bondoc (#Scoobtober era) (@AndreiBondoc05) reported

    I did have some concerns about AT&T buying WarnerMedia going as bad as (if not even worse than) the AOL Time Warner era. And yep, it did happen just like that.

  • SourceD20 Source D (@SourceD20) reported

    @bighonchoxrp And AOL had a REAL network effect.

  • marble_sound Rolling Marble Sound (@marble_sound) reported

    @Harrys_grace @GriiffinNoel @GokuBlueGod3 WCW died because of bad booking, failure to create new stars, false finishes, failure to retain talent that jumped to WWF, and AOL/Warner saying we dont want to do wrestling. WWF never beat WCW like you think they did. WCW shot itself in the leg and bled out

    @Ni78Wa @jessedibello You’re internet’s so slow it still hasn’t encountered AOL.

    @VerizonSupport Ok, so no tech support. But is AOL Mail a Verizon service ? Is Verizon Media an owner of AOL ? Does Verizon have any business relationship with AOL ?
