@1t2golfinva @TansuYegen AOL? Bro Yahoo is the one who had the chance to own the market, Yahoo was actually offered $5 billion to buy Google and they turned it down. Now look where it is. MS also offered them $47 billion to buy the entire company out to combine it with MSN, they refused that to.

@Sparrow_210 @GeorgeGammon People valued AOL at some point, paid per hour to access the network... The features you mention are not intrinsic to Bitcoin in particular but are part of a technology, Blockchain.

Yes, AOL was positive in early times surely. It was in US area particularly. Search engines were positive rather than SNS service for early times. SNS services came to present days in pretty recently. I see…. 🤔

@BillSimmons Like cancelling AOL? "cancelled last month, why did I get charged?" "You didn't cancel your whole account" "cancel everything I have with AOL" "Okay" next month: "cancelled last month, why'd I get charged?" "Because... (reasons)" "cancel..." next month: "cancelled..."

The Sparrow (@Sparrow_210) reported
@ChristophLindi @GeorgeGammon Wrong. Bitcoin is it’s own network. AOL was built on top of tcpip network and eventually competed with other products on the network. The creation of other blockchains with tokens that have issuers lack the decentralization and proof of work that make bitcoin unique.

@KimWS20952 @GrantCardone I could have an " intellectual debate* with you, but you seriously can't seem to read. It's real hard for me to get my points out to someone whose mind is literally making an AOL login sound 24/7

@TalkinBevo AOL had the internet locked down in the late 90s early 2K. I can't tell you how many times those AOL sign up software mailers showed up in my mailbox FR.

It’s a lil awkward to see 40 year olds have commentary on social media about Young People monetizing their social media.. it’s a whole economy— it’s not going to stop because you disagree. Damn, sorry you still think the world runs off AOL dial up…
