@aolmail When is the issue with accessing email through I-phones or I pads going to be addressed or fixed? Yes, I can access through the aol app but it was easier using the email app on my iPhone.

@MathieuPAGES @AOLSupportHelp That’s useful. I’m surprised they didn’t inform ALL users of the issues and the possibility. Was this possible without having to remove the AOL account from the Android mail browser? The biggest fear is that mail or notes may get lost.

@AOLSupportHelp Another day when can't get into emails. Same message saying input name & password which is correct. Loads of other people have same problem, please explain, thanks

@aolmail Yes, I accessed them through safari no problem. There is just an issue with the mail account on iPhone asking for a password when the password is already in. Just like others it seems.

@aolmail That’s not working im afraid. Takes me round in circles. Let’s me choose add Aol mail, enter the email and password, agree to the next step and then takes me back to the beginning to choose which email account I want to add to my iPhone!
