Try and cancel a goddamn @EarthLink account if you have a lot of time to waste... I thought the @FTC was on these types of shenannigans, making it hard to cancel accounts. Didn't @AOL get fined for this?

@jendrawscomics I put up my company's first website in 1996 & thought the internet was accessible only through my AOL login. Then someone explained to me all I had to do was open this thing called Netscape. :)
