@AOL I am a paying customer and no one has been available online during business hours. I called and a women named Al could not help me and hung up. Customer service is horrible.

@AOLsupporthelp I just spoke with an Al on the phone who I could not understand and she hung up on me after getting frustrated. She offered me no help even though she verified my account.

@tslycha When I was in high-school, I learned my mom's AOL password because she accidentally 'triple' clicked on the shortcut icon on our desktop. She unwittingly renamed the shortcut to her actual password. I never slept again and spent every night in chatrooms after she went to bed.
