    @chrispowersxyz @vlntweet @ChrisJBakke He won't make enough to even service the debt. Worst buy in a decade. Shades of Time-warner/AOL

  • Hanabelinda Hana freedman (@Hanabelinda) reported

    @AOLSupportHelp not being able to generate a third party app password and to get "Sorry, this feature is not available right now” is not acceptable. Either fix the problem or remove the function so emails can be accessed via Outlook. Time to change to Gmail after 21 years!

  • MixMasterLar Lar (from Lar's Gaming Channel) (@MixMasterLar) reported

    @replicantpinky I got invited to the Gmail beta in 2007 (I think) and never went back. My original AOL screen name was APelarB and God I hate that screen name lmao. Also had to pop my back today, but otherwise alright

  • LaurenKirshner Lauren Kirshner (@LaurenKirshner) reported

    @EverywhereErica Gmail sucks. It’s the only email@provider that runs out of storage so you have to PAY to get more! Even AOL doesn’t run out! #scam

  • LoProCo Nix Hedden (@LoProCo) reported

    @caitlincanahey I once had to explain AOL CDs to someone who was theoretically a Millennial but did not know what dialup was, much less what a "free minutes" CD could have to do with internet service. I decided right then and there that 1996 is much too late to consider someone a Millennial.

  • Wade71011 Wade (@Wade71011) reported

    @ZbornakwrestLes @WrestlePurists @TonyKhan The NWO is what kept them alive through the Monday night Wars they didn't falter until they let Russo and the AOL executives put their hands into creative on top of giving every main event guys they had creative control then Bischoff just saying **** it do what u want

  • mcrstuart Stuart (@mcrstuart) reported

    @buccocapital @MorrisseyHelena All empires die. FB is/was an internet empire. What was relevant at the dawn of the internet is less so now. The business model (and data napping) is outdated now. I never used it to any great degree. Neither of my kids or my wife use it. It’s irrelevant now. Like MySpace and AOL

  • dhuffman1980 Dennis Huffman (@dhuffman1980) reported

    @JeffBartlett85 AOL painfully slow

  • grabmike Mike Grabham (@grabmike) reported

    Time Warner and AOL could've taken the media industry by storm and elevated it to heights never seen before at that time. Sadly, they sealed their fate at the onset when they chose not to cover these 3 critical bases:

  • scovetta Michael Scovetta (@scovetta) reported

    So are most infosec peeps planning to hang out here or does someone need to set up a mastodon or discord or irc or aol instant messenger server?
