    If you guess your aol password incorrectly three times it locks you out for 12 hours. No customer service override. This is not how you provide customer satisfaction an why I moved to Gmail 😂

    @aolmail my cell email app is all of a sudden not accepting my credentials. Web mail works fine. Is this a temporary serve issue?

    @BillyM2k you ever use AOL back in the day? If you broke their Terms of Service (TOS) you were booted off (kind of like a time out) and given a warning. 3 violations your account got terminated. Suspension doesn’t have to be permanent. And why no monetary penalty for breaking the rules?

    @JenMsft Legends of Kesmai on AOL. LoK was an online RPG in 90s that EA purchased rights to. The last night of online play was a huge farewell party. Played all night, watched the sun come up, at 6 AM EST, LoK was shut down for good. In an instant, I lost 100+ friends and years of gaming.
