If you guess your aol password incorrectly three times it locks you out for 12 hours. No customer service override. This is not how you provide customer satisfaction an why I moved to Gmail 😂

@joshelman @Yahoo @AOL Maybe if they’re *only* on signal, but I assume we’re all multi-messenger at this point. Signal had a huge boost awhile back when concerns about WhatsApp, Messenger, and other apps’ security were raised.
