If you guess your aol password incorrectly three times it locks you out for 12 hours. No customer service override. This is not how you provide customer satisfaction an why I moved to Gmail 😂

@ViviNightingale I remember having a stack of empty discs with that one special stolen copy of windows XP. I had tons of those AOL discs too. I still have about 6 sealed copies of free 7 day trials for AOL. Just in case **** goes down.
