If you guess your aol password incorrectly three times it locks you out for 12 hours. No customer service override. This is not how you provide customer satisfaction an why I moved to Gmail 😂

When I messaged @AOLSupportHelp they told me they didn't offer support and sent me back to their email account which hasn't responded to my enquiry anyway! I have tried every avenue available to me to recover my account and AOL are still road blocking me at every turn.

@aolmail Messaged like you told me to and they bounced me back to the email team. Your customer service is a bloody joke. Instead of offering actual support AOL would rather bounce you around and avoid actually helping. Ridiculous.

****** don't know about having to go out on dates and not be able to get on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram let alone the internet on your phone. You had to actually sit down, look at each other and talk. ****** was still you yahoo messenger, aol and myspace

@aolmail I tried emailing for help unlocking my account. my emails are being ignored. I tried messaging on twitter like the website says I can. I was told to inbox but there's no option to do so and the link I was sent didn't work.

@jeetduppatla I'm with you on this. They made a more clear reason for the AoL disagreement by giving them that knowledge but created a lot of future issues in doing so. I hope the writers have a good plan but I need to see more evidence of that plan in season 2.
