@markminervini Who the F... is AOL today? Good companies will go down and then come back again if business is growing.

@wesyang I lost my allowance for two years because I advertently dialed in to AOL for a month using a long-distance number that never ran into busy-signal issues.

@StupidSxyCorbin Oh, man. The AOL days. I can still hear the horrible dial tone when you'd pick up the phone while someone was on the internet. What a time to be alive haha

  • KimberlyColumb5 FBI.gov(Under Cover)🕵🏻 (@KimberlyColumb5) reported

@ArtValley_818 Old AOL throttled access- least those who connected was able actually use service. Instead they allowing it to be bogged down and inoperable for everyone! Everyone pushing on door, nobody gets through probably by design. We’ve seen too many traitors, so yes I’m skeptical!

@Oatmeal I'm surprised they let you know, rather than do like AOL and keep collecting payments for dial-up service for years after people stopped using it. I bet the portion of "Subscriber doesn't notice he's still subscribed" revenue for these companies is significant.
