Watched a text chat w/ English dude trying to cancel service because his new wife had it Converation was guided by a tree-style script. "I'll go ahead and cancel your service" was not a branch of the script.

@Aol's new ad-free mail subscription, for whatever reason, was rolled out in 2021 after decades of the service launching. Why now? Why do I need to suddenly pay for mail without ads that cannot be blocked by an adblocker??! How is that possible!? This is horrible!
