@SusanSmythSL Hubris. Imagine a dictator invading a neighbouring country without conducting extensive research over the success of it? Time-Warner bought AOL for $65 billion & a year later posted a write down in value of $99 billion. I imagine they thought they knew what they were doing too.

  • IguessWoo Woo (@IguessWoo) reported

Bro how ******** AOL get my new email ? They just emailed me talking bout “we see you haven’t logged into your account in a while” ….. duuuh.

  • FuryoftheSmol_ Smol 🛠 COMMS OPEN (@FuryoftheSmol_) reported

@PunkinPupuccino If I recall correctly, it always had a number code, you could change your name and all that. They fail to adapt to the mobile era and were eventually bought by AOL and you know the AOL story already.

  • TonyDemetriou13 Tony Demetriou (@TonyDemetriou13) reported

@ReinH When I was a teen I beta tested for AOL rolling out internet service here. Paid in free internet, not money. Then they decided not to give that internet access anymore. I continued getting my access for the promised time through the unpatched bug I'd reported.

  • MjSimpki M Simpkins (@MjSimpki) reported

@RBReich No it’s called business #why don’t you ever complain about Microsoft raking in billions? Or the profits of Starbucks? Arabs profits? Oh AOL fording a million bucks? Pelosi making billions in 20 years of Public Service

  • ZTVfm Former Teenage Dirtbag (@ZTVfm) reported

Guys, if Twitter does go down please find me in an AOL chat room.

  • TomWallrich Thomas G. Wallrich (@TomWallrich) reported

@naomiw_0611 That’s a very nice face Naomi. We’re going to stay right here where we’re at until this whole s#!tshow burns down. Then, we’re going on to AOL and doing massive insta chat like it’s 1998.

  • _jphwang JP Hwang (@_jphwang) reported

@sebawita When it all shuts down maybe I should! Maybe I can distribute it on AOL or something.

  • jet7111 Jet7111 (@jet7111) reported

@ReneusMeister Show's you don't know **** about wrestling bc that's not why WCW went out of business. AOL/Time Warner killed it. Do your damn research.

  • LisaGrant6161 Lisa G (@LisaGrant6161) reported

@ailodieraP @elonmusk Employ humans to sift out the bad acounts & bring back those unfairly banned. I worked for AOL in their chat rooms for years, but when I reported someone on twitter telling other to kill the King and Queen "press their necks" he wrote. I was told this didn't break twitter rules!
