@zoolegs 1. Told someone I was from Michigan and that the weather here was nice. 2. Called someone an *******. Both times I tried to lie and tell my grandma I didn't do it and both times AOL ratted me out with the receipts.

  • TylerDzikowski Tyler Dzikowski (@TylerDzikowski) reported from Mount Clemens, Michigan

@AOL a tip for the future, please, slow down. It would help me. 🙏

  • movieguyiguess Ken Hanley (The Hobb's End Horror) (@movieguyiguess) reported

"New site called YouTube had eBaums on their heels. I'd been kicked out of more AOL chats than I'd like to admit. Back then, you could never trust a link on AIM. 95% of the time, it's spyware, and the other 5%, it's Rotten dot com. Explains a lot in hindsight..."

This place sucks I'm moving to AOL

  • keithdorejel Keith Orejel (@keithdorejel) reported

I just overheard my mom giving her AOL email address to a customer rep and now I keep making fun of her by mimicking the dial up noise.

  • LadySoldier621 Heather Faulk AKA Lady Soldier (@LadySoldier621) reported

Love never fails God never fails everybody's got tails to tell God won't let me fail go ahead and tell it! I'll go old school like AOL and tell you I got mail! God will prevail!

  • XBOXimp8783 Brandon 🇺🇲😜 (@XBOXimp8783) reported

@GothicSuperstar I was a huge wcw fan. I preferred it over wwe at the time. Wcw problem was the aol deal. It really didn't have a real leader. To me aew makes the same mistakes as every company since. They stop creating their own stars. The only long term story is who going to showup each week

  • Untigrevacano littledogpockets (@Untigrevacano) reported

@aewbotches They are exceeding expectations, honestly. The only issue going forward would be the Warner Media/AOL shake up, but they're not in any real danger of being off television.

  • DogeMadre Doge Mother (@DogeMadre) reported

@ckwsaxton @MattPaulsonSD @joebart I’m sure you thought AOL dial-up was slow and clunky therefore the internet was a bad investment too. Thanks for sharing.

  • AnthonyDessauer Anthony vonHodl 丰 (@AnthonyDessauer) reported

@MuldoonMartin @kevinolearytv Comparing Bitcoin to AOL is a bad analogy. The entire internet was built on top of TCP/IP because it was an open network. Comparing Bitcoin to TCP/IP is just about the only realistic comparison you can make.

@DrClaw77 WB is one of the more iconic entertainment brands out there and they've spent the last three decades being run by some of the shittiest companies of their time (shout out to the AOL/Time Warner era, never forget.)
